The staff is so caring and hard working! Marissa always making sure that I know the cost that’s expected from me the day of appointment and working with me. The doctors went out of their way to be super kind And took extra moments, speaking with me, calming my nerves because he knew I was Terrified about the surgery and he really helped me feel safe.
The surgery went smoothly And everyone is just amazing at this place.

I just love the Dental team at Santee Dental Group. The ladies at the front desk are so friendly and professional and Marissa has been great at working with my insurance to get me the best out of pocket savings…and who doesn’t love that?! Dr. Hannah, his hygienists and assistants are nice and gentle while working on your teeth and provide excellent communication regarding treatment options. He always provides the best and truthful advice and opinion. I highly recommend giving Santee Dental Group on Town Center Pkwy a chance. They are all great! Be careful on the name of this office as their are a few office that have very similar names, but this is the one at 235 Town Center Parkway-Santee Dental Group.

I have been a patient at Santee Dental for several years since relocating to Lakeside from Beach. The doctors are professional and competent. However, there is a new receptionist named Marissa who appears to be more focused on her paycheck than on the patients. She might be working on commission. She overbooks appointments for a single doctor who only performs major surgeries once a month. Additionally, prioritizes with higher-paying insurance and reschedules other patients for a later date. I was in the process of getting a dental crown and been waiting for nearly two months to complete the procedure. Despite receiving multiple confirmations through email and text weeks and days prior, Marissa informed me the day before my appointment that the doctor would see me due to a lack of cancellations. This was despite being on calendar for two months and my inability eat without experiencing pain. Had I known this earlier, I would have scheduled an appointment with another dentist.

I had oral surgery here, everyone of the regular dental staff made made me feel so comfortable and went out of their way to make sure I was not so nervous and had everything I needed for after care. And even answering all my silly questions and going above and beyond for me during recovery.

The oral surgens team was a little diffrent, more blunt i guess u could say. But they made sure I was comfortable and prepared for surgery. I did hear them mention that someone had a really nice car for being on medical and that he was tired of people abusing the system. But who could blame them for that. The wait was a little long but in my eyes that means they are taking the time to get it done right. I can see why some people would be sensitive to these issues, but i am happy with my care from both teams. Thank you everyone 💓

Decided to switch dental offices and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The front office staff is so kind and attentive! I believe her name is Marissa…nicest office staff I’ve dealt with! The best dentist I've ever been to. I'm almost 55 and my teeth look 20. I am elated!! My teeth have never looked this good no lie. Staff was super professional and welcoming. Thank you guys I don't know all your names but I sure hope you have a wonderful Christmas. I know I will.
