Definitely won’t be coming back here. I have been brining my kids here. And something was off for me but still decided to bring them. I mentioned to the dentist about my child’s teeth grinding she brushed it off like it was nothing but was quick to recommend crowns. I didn't think my Childs teeth grinding was normal since it came about out of nowhere come to find out with a second opinion it is not normal and has to do with a restricted airway. I would definitely not trust this dentist!! She could’ve easily recommended me to someone that could help. Do not take your children here.

The dentist and her assistants are amazing. They’re so kind and attentive and take things slow with my 2 year old. They explain everything in simple to understand language and make sure shes comfy. However, I went for my appointment earlier this week and while we were waiting, the receptionists in the front were going on and on about how “everyone in this town hates Mexicans” and talking about random “haters” in their personal lives, and more. My toddler is at the age where she absorbs and repeats everything. Do I want her to start getting the idea that everyone around here hates her because she’s Mexican? No. SHES TWO. Absolutely inappropriate. I’m trying to make sure my daughter is healthy, not listen to the receptionists blab about inappropriate nonsense.

We Love Dr.Hame she is wonderful! Kind, fun and very talented. Our girls love Her so much. So grateful to have found her!!! Everyone that works here is helpful. Great experience. Highly recommend

Super expensive, not upfront about possible problems, and lie about procedures. This place is terrible. If you have kids, look elsewhere. Don't get me wrong, everyone is very nice. But there are much better options in town, options who are honest and won't force you to mortgage your home to take care of teeth that will fall out anyway. And pay attention to the dentist. She flaunts the money she takes from you. Open your eyes and see it for yourself.

Update: Have talked to a few parents at my kids school, and they all had similar experiences. After a check they were told their kids teeth look great, no issues. Then within a month or 2, notice a full on cavity, and are forced to do a more expensive silver cap instead of a small filling. She is a rip-off artist. Not to mention, the last cap we had to do, she broke off a piece of my daughters tooth and left it between the cap and the tooth next to it, causing my kid pain afterwards. We have since changed dentist, but now my daughter is petrified of going. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

They are amazing with kids here, the decor and overall look of the office is very fun and my three and a half year old said "that was so fun" after his appointment. I highly recommend this office for your children's dental needs.

I feel like they forget they are working with children. My daughter said multiple times during the procedure that she wasn’t okay. Finally the doctor stopped what she was doing to her and said “What!” In an annoyed way. Did you ever think she may just be scared? She also stopped during my daughter’s procedure to yell for one of her employee (that was in an entirely different room) to make her personal plans for her birthday. The focus should be that of my child’s comfort/care and not of your affairs after work.
The front office acts like they care. But roll their eyes and whisper to one another about problem parents/patients. All the while you’re sitting in the waiting room.

My kids have been coming to this dentist office sense they were babies. The doctor is amazing! She is sweet caring and so so loving! The dental assistants are also amazing. We absolutely love Sandra she made sure my boys were comfortable and not scared the whole time. Treated my kids like they were her own. If you are looking for a good dentist this is definitely the place to go.

Edited to add: The business would like to claim that they did everything possible to reschedule despite the fact that I was the one who offered initially to change the appointment to a different day and they said it would not be necessary. They would also like to claim that it was unforeseen circumstances when both the front desk and office manager were aware that the doctor would be coming in late ahead of time. It’s amazing that I never received a single apology. Pick a dental office that is at least willing to apologize and take responsibility; thats clearly not SC Dental Best.

This review is for the front desk. More specifically the older dark curly haired one that sits in the corner and the office manager.

This office requires that you call back to confirm the appointment. I called and confirmed and while on the line, whomever I spoke to informed me that they had a lot of cancellations and wanted to know if I could change my appointment to 10AM instead of my original 9:30AM. She said that they were starting later that day. I told her I was unable to change it later due to a conflicting schedule. I stated that I could reschedule to a different day if keeping my 9:30 would be a problem. She stated that it wouldn’t be.

This is not my first time coming to the office with my son for his teeth cleaning. It has always been a very quick appointment considering the fact that he is only 2 years old.

We arrive on time to the appointment (9:30AM). I note that no patients are brought back and that the office is quiet, indicating that they recently just opened. My son is not called back until 9:40. Right before the tech gets started she claims that she was just told that the dentist is running behind. (How can you run behind when you are starting the day?)

I ask how behind and she goes to the back to ask. She says the dentist will be able to see my son around 10ish. I ask if the dentist is running behind or if she’s just not here. The tech states that she doesn’t know.

We proceed with the appointment and after the cleaning I am told to wait.

10:05 passes
10:15 passes. At this point I walk up to the front because my son is now upset for having to wait and I am needing to leave soon.

I explain the situation and I explain how I had offered to reschedule if it was going to be an issue with the time.

I am then told by the front desk women that they always knew she was going to be starting later, that I have the option to reschedule now (despite me already being at the office with a 2 year old for 45 min), and that because I declined being able to move my appt to 10AM it was essentially my fault that I’m waiting. It went back and forth with the same attitude that it was on me to reschedule the previous day despite being told on the phone there would be no issue.

I also ask what time the doctor would be in and the front desk woman told me she doesn’t know. How can you schedule clients but not know when the doctor will be in?

I then ask to speak to a manager. When I finally do talk to and try to explain the situation, I am told that there was a “conflict” in her time. At this point the doctor has arrive (10:30AM an hour later) and the manager asks if I want my son to be seen. She brings me back to the room and leaves without allowing me to finish and without an apology.

The doctor does a 30 second exam on my son.

I am floored by this level of customer service or rather lack there of. I never yelled or raised my voice. I tried to just explain the situation and why I was confused. I explained that I had no issues rescheduling when I was on the phone the day prior if timing would be an issue. It’s unreal that the fault would lie on the client because they declined a later time but said they could change the day.

The entire interaction was unprofessional and I would not recommend this office to anyone.
