I chose this office as this was a convenient location & took me as a patient with little notice. Things went well when all I needed was a simple physical, but if you actually need professional assistance; I urge you to find another physician. I have never took the time to write a negative review but this place is so horribly ran, I felt the need to steer other people far away if I could. Between awful medical advice and the office people scheduling me appointments without my knowing or consent, then sending me bills for the missed appointments I can’t stress enough how choosing a place for “ Convenience” comes at a price. This will be my second time paying a 50$ “no show” bill after telling them I am no longer a patient, then weeks later getting voicemails saying I missed an appointment (that I never scheduled) Avoid this nightmare at all cost. I will be seeking legal action if I get scheduled anymore appointments without my consent

This office takes in new patients within a week of wanting to be seen. most offices you have to wait weeks or even months for a new patient appointment. The Doctor truly listens to your concerns and tackles them all. The staff is great to work with and a great environment to be in all together. It is nice going into an office and feeling like the staff genuinely wants to help you.

I had bad experience trying to obtain my sons medical records.Aftef he suddenly passed on September 18th 2023 it was a month after b4 the even responded to my calls after I had to request his records.I shouldn't have needed a reason why and I found very concerning they had to be reviewed by doctor b4 they could be sent to my that was 1st huge Red Flag whyIf documentation at time of visit should they need approval I was looking for some kind of closure this made worse for us to go thru the greiving process.

Previous doctor didn’t care about anything I was saying. First day I saw him he sat there listened to everything and sent me for labs got me a cardiologist and pulmonologist right away ! Did bloodwork and scans and made sure all my needs were met

Looking for a new Dr. and came across this place accepting new patients.
My 1st Apt was at 11:30, show up at 11:15 and its now 1:02 pm. Unprofessional as never seen before, never recommend and never go back. In addition to the insane wait, it was 0 degrees out and they can't even get the front door to stay shut. This place is a joke.

Ive only seen Dr shirk a few times he rushed me out didn't seem to have time to listen to me or care about my problems, j just returned their phone call they supposedly sent me a letter that went to the post office I had no idea was there so obviously I couldn't pick it up so the receptionist read it to me basically they are terminating my care the letter read they would give me 30 days to find a new one, but it sat at the post office I had no idea it was there and it was dated she said April 11th and its been over 30 days, so because they messed up just kicked me to the curb with no worning or explanation as to what i did wrong except call them for help.

This office does not tell patients that they schedule appointments behind their backs. Then, they bill the patient for missed appointments....
