I’m adding another review because Dr.S has saved my life. He’s so kind and caring and invested in patients care. He knows how to run a business and he always checks on me every appointment his knowledge is amazing. His prices are more than reasonable and he has kept my progression plan going Everytime and tells me what I’m suppose to be doing and I just love it. My family went to four different orthodontists in four different towns. Schlicher Orthodontics in Pleasanton is the best of the best.

The doctor: Dr. Will is very professional. He clearly explained what he was going to do and why he needed to do that at the beginning. He takes care of his patient well at each visit.

The assistants: very friendly and experienced.

The office: very well organized. You won’t be waiting for more than 5 minutes at your appointment.

My son’s treatment is about half-way now. Everything is great. I’ll be back to update the result when it’s done.

We always had great experience with the doctor but yesterday, we had some issues with getting correct retainer then having some personality clashes with the assistant. We wrote an email regarding the issue and the doctor, himself, called us that day to discuss the issues. We are so grateful for the care and professionalism!!! The doctor is truly the best doctor that I've ever experienced!!!

My son had a orthodontist emergency - unfortunately our orthodontist was out of the office, and couldn't see us to remove the appliance that partially came off and was causing my son discomfort. We called our general dentist, who also have orthodontist in their office, to see if they could help take the appliance off and they were unable to assist as we were not being treated by their orthodontist.

I had then googled emergency orthodontist and came across Dr. Schlicher's website. I spoke with Dr. Schlicher's staff and explained our situation - not only was the staff compassionate and understanding, they were able to see us within an hour, and removed the appliance, even though we were not Dr. Schlicher's patient. Dr. Schlicher made sure everything went well and my son was back to smiling again in no time. Dr. Schlicher's professionalism and willingness to help children is unparallel - and we so appreciate Dr. Schlicher and his staff. Most orthodontists won't even touch another patient's even in the case of emergency - Dr. Schlicher not only helped us, but didn't even charge us for his services.

I was a transfer case also pregnant originally and Dr.S was so nice and quick with care. I got a better rate than any other office for time and money estimate and he was not rude and answered all questions and concerns. His office is clean and his staff is efficient.
