Front desk staff is incredible. Polite, return phone calls in a timely manner, and over all try to be familiar with you as a patient. The dentist is also great. Hes not incredibly personable, more of a buisness type, but I think he knows this and staffs all the folks who help with the procedure accordingly as they were incredibly kind, funny, and validated fears while also being a gentle and firm source of; "its gonna go great". If you're nervous: go here.

Its worth knowing that they don't have any pay over time options!

Gave a 5 star experience for the sake of the doctor and his practice. The doctor, Irma, and Paul were very nice. An assistant by the name of Pam was unnecessarily rude to me and told me not to touch my own face, not in any sort of procedure, but for simply thinking about a question she asked. Then she accused me of putting my fingers in my mouth and ears and came up with a whole scenario about me touching the door knobs and other parts of the office that she sanitizes. Her attitude switched when she realized I also work in the medical field. I was genuinely taken aback by her seemingly sudden and random mood swings.

Dr. Gallia was not respectful of patient requests, did not document requests properly to communicate them with his team, almost walked out of my post-surgical appointment out of frustration (to me asking him not to use the terms "if you were my daughter" or "if you were my child"), and then began lecturing me in a raised tone. He also did not address my questions I did ask, and did not give me the opportunity to tell him about post-surgical concerns I had because his behavior was aggressive and extremely discomforting.

Unlike other reviews, I had a pleasant to neutral experiences with the front desk staff as well as the assistants.

Although we were greeted warmly by Irma, unfortunately the rest of the time here was an absolute nightmare. We received some of the worst patient treatment and experience we’ve ever encountered.

Specifically, Pam the assistant, was completely rude, careless and insensitive with every word and statement out of her mouth while processing my family member. Absolutely inappropriate comments and discriminatory stereotypes were made about her disability throughout the appointment.

After multiple failed attempts asking her to stop with the comments and to focus on the appointment, she continued to offend and make the entire experience traumatic for us.

Times may be tough but as a professional medical setting please DO NOT lower your hiring standards and employ cheap unqualified medical assistants that will continue to drive future potential patients away from your practice.

My concern is management and leadership excuse and tolerate this type of behavior in the work place and no action will be taken.

As a fellow medical professional, please revisit and adhere to your ethical promises and oath to your patients regarding treating all with the respect and dignity they deserve.

It took months to schedule an appointment because issues with insurance. There office mailed my surgery prep info to the wrong address. Then the Dr. Gallia cancels on me the day of the appointment. We talked about what insurance would cover before the appointment, but he cancelled with the laughing gas on my nose because he felt the insurance didn't cover enough. When I asked why he didn't cancel in advance, he said to me, "you're not perfect either". No apology. Now I'm scrambling to find a new oral surgeon to have absessed teeth removed after waiting months for this office to fail me. Save yourself some time, find yourself an oral surgeon who cares.

Irma and Paul and dr are amazing also the other lady that helped with my surgery is amazing. PAM on the other hand is so rude while prepping me for surgery she was talking down to me the whole time about my weight and eating habits. She’s so in sensitive with her words the few times I’ve been in there she’s made me feel as small as an ant. I really hope she learns to love her job or maybe just be more nice to people. He words and way of care during surgery(I was awake during mine) is so unprofessional I was so frustrated with her I was shaking and crying not bc the surgery hurt but bc she was working on me with such attitude her vibe is terrible I do not recommend Pam working I almost asked the doctor to kick her out of surgery but I just couldn’t handle another day of living with the pain I was in from my wisdom and broken teeth so I just remained calm and trying to just get out as soon as I could Pam i pray what ever you are going through in life you get over it and start to feel better about yourself so you no longer have to be rude and un sensitive to others feelings I pray that you learn to love your job and do it with grace and happiness I pray what ever is hurting you inside god takes away from you.

This is the best place in Sacramento to have your wisdom teeth removed! I called pages and pages of listings and every other clinic was booked up and ignored the fact that I was in extreme amounts of pain. I walked into this office and Paul took care of me from the first minute he prescribed pain killers to hold me over until I got in for my surgery. No other office was willing to do that. He also went back and forward with my insurance company for me, and got an out of network surgery approved. Paul really went above and beyond for me. He saved me over $2,000! Thank you so much! The whole team was extremely professional and I had a great surgery and recovery. Highly recommend this office!!
