First experience with this team today, just needed a cleaning and XRays. Their office is really clean and all the staff was really friendly. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth (Jordan) really impressed me with her knowledge and how careful she was with my sensitive teeth. She had great customer service and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of.
This office was also familiar with the military paperwork I needed signed off, so I will definitely be recommending them to other service members.

This was the greatest dental experience I have ever had. From the front desk all the way over to the chair I felt comfortable and very well taken care of. Anitra was also the greatest dental assistant I’ve ever met. The staff, service, and quality is better than anywhere else.

I visited this facility for tartar cleaning. They took an X-ray of my teeth, but the results were lost due to a "server glitch". They insisted that they will have to do the X-ray again. When I asked them to proceed with the cleaning without X-ray, they responded "we won't be able to charge your insurance provider without X-ray" and asked me to leave. A few weeks later I received a letter from my dental insurance which indicated they have charged the insurance company for the X-ray anyway. The entire experience felt like a dystopian case of capitalistic healthcare with minimal emphasis on the patient's needs.

It’s never easy going to visit a dentist but I always feel comfortable and confident that I will receive great care from Dr Tieu and his staff. He is attentive to your comfort and does his best to make the visit as relaxed as possible. I have been going to him for many years and I have never regretted it and I also have referred my friends and coworkers to his office. He stays up to date with new technology and does amazing dentistry. His office is very pleasant and and modern. Highly recommended.
