I have had the best dental service SD oral, facial and implant surgery on Thursday that pulled out my terrible wisdom tooth, it’s a very fast and no painful treatment not as I imagined before. Super good Doctors here. Alice helped me a lot, very careful and impressive details to take care of me, even put a blanket on me, I really appreciate my experience. After surgery I picked up medication by following her instructions, so far so good. Thank you.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Brian Evans and his teammate, Alaina, for their exceptional care and expertise. I wasn’t looking forward to having a couple of teeth extracted, but their patience, professionalism, and reassuring demeanor made the experience far better than I ever expected. They took the time to ensure I was comfortable every step of the way.

The entire staff was courteous, attentive, and incredibly helpful, creating a welcoming and stress-free environment. If you ever need oral surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Evans and his team—they'll take excellent care of you!

I recently visited Dr. Sacsha Zandvakili for a tooth extraction, and it was a surprisingly positive experience given my past dental issues. Unlike previous visits to other dentists, Dr. Zandvakili took the time to thoroughly explain everything before and during the procedure, which really helped ease my anxiety.

His assistants were clearly experienced and confident, making the entire process smooth and professional. Dr. Zandvakili himself was kind, patient, and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout.

I am very grateful for the care and professionalism I received and highly recommend him to anyone needing dental work.

I was referred from Origin Dental to do all my four wisdom teeth extraction there. The best part is that I recovered so fast with only having to take ibuprofen before bed 2-3 times. It works great with Delta Dental Premium insurance.

I got my wisdom teeth removed on October 16th 2024. I was able to get all 4 removed the same day I did my first consultation with Dr. Sharif! At my consultation, he explained everything in great detail and my treatment plan. Coming in I was really anxious but he really helped ease my anxiety and answered every questions I had. I was on IV sedation and local anesthesia. The 2 dental assistants made sure I was comfortable during my surgery. I don't even remember falling asleep lol. It was so quick. After the procedure, they even helped me get in the car too. Recovery process was great; I didn't have any swelling! There was pain on the 2nd day but ibuprofen and Tylenol helped ease the pain. The office also called me after a week to see how I was doing too. Everyone at SD Oral were awesome! I highly recommend getting your wisdom teeth removed here, especially if you are feeling nervous about the procedure!

Very organized. Fit me in urgently for wisdom tooth extraction same day. The entire team was on point and helpful. Explained all costs and the only thing I had to worry about was making sure I had a ride home. Easy. I would recommend highly. Great place for patients with anxiety.

My 18 year old just had all 4 wisdom teeth removed from here. Dr. Zandevakili was wonderful. He did a super thorough and educational consult, the office was efficient and friendly, the facilities were clean/nice, and the followup on aftercare was wonderful. They called both my daughter and I a couple of times to check in and make sure she was healing great and to see if we had any questions.

Update:
After 1 year and 9 months, I received a bill that included charges for CT scans (X-rays) that I was denied when I chose to continue treatment at another practice, as well as for analgesia that I never received.

Fortunately, I was able to speak with a patient supervisor who removed the unnecessary charges and reduced the payment. However, I still ended up paying $88 instead of the $476 initially billed for a procedure I didn’t have and for X-rays that I had to redo at another practice. What can I say? I guess I was "lucky" to only pay $88 in the end.

During the tooth extraction, I found myself in considerable distress, experiencing my first panic attack. Surprisingly, the dental staff seemed oblivious to my condition until I mustered the strength to convey my imminent loss of consciousness. Following this, they promptly attended to me, administering oxygen and monitoring my vitals.

However, the post-treatment care was notably lacking. Despite the intensity of the experience, they swiftly discharged me within 10-15 minutes, without any subsequent follow-up. There was no outreach to check on my recovery or to schedule the next appointment for the implant, leaving me in a state of silence and uncertainty.

In my attempt to retrieve panoramic scans for my records, the office presented an unexpected hurdle. They demanded a fee of $250 for the scans, adding an additional layer of dissatisfaction. This financial aspect, coupled with the overall lack of post-treatment communication, has led me to reconsider recommending this office to others. It's crucial for potential patients to thoroughly review contracts and consider alternatives before engaging with this dental practice.
