In the past I have received a reminder for my appointment about two weeks in advance. Yesterday I received a reminder for my 10am appointment for 2/7/25 at 1:30pm on 2/6/25. I call to reschedule, I was advised I would be charged a $30 fee for late reschedule notification. So due to late notification, not the early notification I am penalized.

I visited South Bay Family Dental in Torrance for my regular cleaning. As always, Dr. Setian's front office staff are always very pleasant to interface. Today, my teeth were cleaned by the most and professional hygienist, Suzette. Always making me feel at ease by being 'gentle' with my procedure. I highly recommend South Bay Family Dental Group for your family's dental needs.

We have been to several Dentists in the past decade I would say most of them were cones and were trying to rip us off but South Bay Family Dental group was different.The staff are supper nice, Getting or changing appointments are easy.If you have dental insurance they don’t charge you anything until they get payment from your insurance.Our previous dentist was charging us and was getting their money upfront before starting any treatments not only that but the amount of money that were charging us was unfair and very high.The dentist himself was very nice and to the point very honest and well not ripping you off So far I and my wife had 3 offices visits with them and we are very satisfied.if you need any dental Work we highly recommend to visit South Bay Family Dental group. We are grateful to our financial advisor who introduced us to South Bay Family Dental Group and Dr.Saro Setian.You will be happy you did

Kudos to Vanessa! She is a superb dental hygienist. I especially appreciate her technique, thoroughness, and efforts to ensure patient comfort. This puts her at a level well above any other dental hygienist I have encountered (and thats quite a few during the course of my 70+ years).
