Everyone working there was very professional, helpful and happy. Very good environment, we felt safe and comfortable throughout the whole process. Dr and staff were all helpful and knowledgeable. This is a very modern facility. They made me very comfortable although I have many dental problems. I shared with Dr my financial limits and she was very understanding. She created me a plan that I could financially afford. I'm very grateful to Doctor and her staff.

There was a very professional dentistry staff waiting in back office to do my the work I asked for .
Then I left and met a wonderful office manager who went over a plan in depth with me with cost and pictures that answered all of my questions.

Update after first treatment
I asked over the phone how much I’d owe for the appointment when I go so I can be prepared. Dental appointments are never cheap. She said I’d be told day of appointment. Well 😓
At the appointment was already running about 15 min. behind due to misplacing glasses fog and traffic with an accident not helping. Was told I owe 1800+ 😳🥹😑 That was such a shock to me. Was already late and then to not have the work done because Paying that is not okay for me was a no. Already felt like such an inconvenience showing up late and then not staying. The EF assistant who took me back looked annoyed. Felt bad. Asked the doctor what we were doing today and she explained . Was shocked. As an assistant of many years myself I was so shocked she was touching four teeth all lined up but even MORE in shock when she filled them all and placed a crown on without checking my bite first after the first one touched to make sure finding the bite was quick. The EF assistant took two X-rays one without the lead apron and one with. The only reason she added the apron the second time was because I gave her hand SIGNALES about the apron as she placed the sensor in my mouth for the second bitewing attempt. She sounded so bothered . 🙃 Excuse me but after my very recent mammogram (not too much radiation) and since I too take lots of X-rays daily and risk exposure to radiation daily if YOU can protect US in any way! Do it, Please!? Let EF assistant know it my fillings still felt high she reduced said it looked good all while the overhead light was OFF. It is possible to see in a persons mouth without that light on but you can’t see very well. She was correcting the bite without light. It was just frustrating watching and still not feeling the difference needed. Told her it was better Doctor walked in she told her it was good🤦‍♀️ it was not. Light went on and Dr fixed it more. Honestly , returning to the office is not at all looking good. The lip retractor was SO painful. Have NEVER been in such pain during dental treatment EVER until today. Had to hold back tears! Any finger movement or instrument movement was excruciating. Only the second and third time. The first time they were working it was fine. Second time it was agonizing pain. Third was good but shortly after started to get painful for some reason to the very end. Was so numb had no idea where my tongue was adding that because my tongue hurts for a reason. I put my tongue unknowingly in the way of the drill. Had so much in my mouth just calming myself out of a nervous breakdown was hard at the start. Just writing that tossing me back in the chair. Feel like I know exactly when my tongue accidentally ended up hitting the drill because Droctor told me to stay open as she rushed out of my mouth. Was open as much as possible . Now I can’t open much. Jaws tired I guess. Felt like I couldn’t breath but pushed threw. Longest appointment ever.. accidentally asked for the entire day off though so thankfully had nothing to do . By the time I left the anesthetic was already going down. Drove home with a painful tongue and as I was arriving home a tooth that just got worked on was hurting. Repeated over and over to myself . . Give it four weeks.. give it four weeks.. 🥹
All four of those touched today are hurting especially #21. So lower left painful lower lip area sore and tongue painful. Took ibuprofen 800 hope it kicks in.
BTW, loved her work visually. Very appealing. I’ve tried to touch with tongue for smoothness (looks much smoother than before) but tongue aches.
I’m being extremely nice with my three because the doctor was so nice and attentive to me when I was able to speak.

Will update after four weeks.

Haven’t had much experience with the office just yet. Pending treatments. Hopeful.
First consult appointment was pleasant. Informative and nice at the same time which is rare at dental offices to be honest.
