I couldn’t find a dentist to pull out a tooth on a short notice (weekend). I was in pain Western Dental waisted my time and I found this place. Sidhu Family Dentistry took care of me ASAP. Their staff was super friendly very nice and understanding of my situation. I recommend this place if your in pain and need it fixed asap. I’m rating them A+ 5 stars Thank you SFD

Came for Check up and cleaning and loved it. I definitely would recommend this place. Doctor Sidhu and his colleagues are very professional and super nice. I would recommend anybody to come here they accept Major PPOs.

Pros:

•Very nice and friendly staff
•Receptionist is very friendly and helps you out with anything concerns or questions.
•Doctor Sidhu was a very awesome person he went over everything very thoroughly.
• They make you feel right at home and welcomed.
• Major plus they are open on Saturdays love it two thumbs up for this.
• Great hours of operation.
•They have TV's at every station with Netflix who doesn't love Netflix haha.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SFD Fresno. The staff was kind, super friendly, caring, and helpful. I was in pain and my tooth needed a root canal and crown as a new patient I was advised extraction by some other Dentist's office as they don't do Root canals. I am glad SFD Fresno saved my tooth.
The whole procedure was painless and the doctor kept reassuring me that at any time I felt discomfort to let him know ASAP. They had multiple options for both the procedures and payment, which relieved my Financial stress.
I loved to watch Netflix there while in my Dental chair. Dr. Sidhu was thorough in explaining all the details. They are very professional, compassionate, and mannered. Amazing experience with SFD Fresno.

My family and I visited SFD Fresno for a dental check up and cleanings. We have imaging experience with their family. They have a very orientated environment, and the front staff were very polite and professional. They have very good manners and answered all the questions we had. We were called back immediately and were brought inside to get our cleaning. All the staff who took our x-rays and helped with the cleanings were very kind and engaged in conversation with us. They asked about our days and how we were doing. Dr. Sidhu was very thorough in explaining to me all about my teeth, we liked their professionalism and compassion and we will definitely go back and recommend everyone for their dental needs.

I've been going to this dental office for years and the service is great. Even though I live an hour away now, I still come here because of the excellent care I receive. The staff is friendly and professional, always taking the time to explain everything and answer my questions. I feel comfortable and well taken care of during my visits. Unfortunately, I had some expectations that this would be a good dentist, however his front office staff have horrible attitudes and don’t want to do their jobs and complain and talk down to you especially if you have medi-cal. After waiting over an hour and a half with two little ones to be seen, I was argued with and told they would “see the girl now” because they were refusing to see me or my daughter until MY insurance was proven to be cleared. They then proceeded to call my daughter back only to have me open her mouth, take a peek inside and do literally nothing. I brought up concerns about a chipped tooth and my daughter experiencing pain from it, and I was told she will be fine. They did no cleaning and I still urged and pushed for a cleaning to be done on my daughter. They refused and continued to make excuses saying that she wouldn’t be able to stay still even though my daughter was calm and in my lap and I was doing my job as a parent to help her cooperate for the cleaning that I insisted needed to be done. (This is what preventative care is and they don’t value it- only the money they get from medical-cal)

I was told I would finally be able to be seen when my daughter was done, but that I would need to consent to X-rays. I said that’s fine(since they said it was office policy to proceed) but they then told me that someone would need to take my kids since I wasn’t able to put them in their stroller or have one on my lap after the X-rays. I explained I am a single mom and no one during business hours able to help and that they would be fine in their stroller and I was told it would be a liability and against policy to have the kids there next to me during my visit. I tried calling someone on their lunch break to come watch the kids and then was kicked out of the office rudely since they had their lunch is 20 minutes and didn’t want to wait for me. (I understand this, but I could have been made aware in the call before my appointment when I set it up and asked clearly if my kids would be okay and if there was anything I needed to know BeFORE my appointment- they failed to inform me of any of this beforehand even when I straight up asked)

Jump to my next appointment I had to reschedule, the office staff at the front desk were again rude and dismissive, whispering demeaning things back and forth as if I couldn’t hear them right in the chairs 10 feet away from their desk. I was asked to redo the paperwork I already filled out the last time. Informed them I should already be on their record and they argued only to rudely ask for their clipboard back once they found my file, then fought with me about my insurance a second time, and then finally as I was pulled back the dental assistants were sweet and professional, but some of them are still learning (which is okay we all start somewhere) after over 20 repeated X-rays from malpositioning and blurry X-rays doc came to talk to me. Dr Sidhu was quick and dismissive. He would not complete a simple cleaning and said he wanted to wait to see if insurance would cover a deep cleaning. I told him I had pain and knew I have cavities and he told me that buying his fluoride medication treatment was the only thing that would help me- no fillings, I had to ASK where my cavities were and have them confirmed because he was not interested in being informative at all. I am still in pain and searching for a new dentist now. This place is a total mess!
