Horrible customer service. Reception don't acknowledge patients. They are rude and carry out personal conversations. Not much better over the phone.
I called and I was first left on hold, then hung up on. I called again and I was told I was going to be placed on hold so I gave them my information so they could call me back and they never did. I had to call back 3 days later and I was finally taken care of. I've also had appointments canceled and rescheduled at a later date.

I really liked this dental setting. The x-ray equipment was advanced, and it wasn't uncomfortable having my mouth x-rayed. The doctor, hygienist, and lead who got me prepared for the exam after doing the xray were all very nice and kind. They explained what was going on and made sure I was alright. They made me feel at ease and comfortable. The facility was decorated really nicely. It was a pleasant, relaxing and nice atmosphere. I highly recommend Sierra Commons Dental Group.

Best dental care I’ve ever received. The staff helped me with more than they had to, going out of their way a great deal for me. I felt like they all really cared about my problems and didn’t give up until they solved them for me. Highly recommend!

Mixed review here. Reception … really sucked for me. Rude … unhelpful … and I almost left before seeing a dentist. Office manager was assistive. Reception never changed. Sad really. I can’t imagine how they treat folks w real disabilities who go in there, as mine is hardly visible. Further … dentist … passive … nice enough but didn’t really assist me. X-ray tech … she rocks her job! Finance gal … very nice and assistive. Overall the co-pay was amazing! Let’s see how the oral surgeon treats me next week.

Sierra Commons Dental is an excellent choice for anyone seeking quality dental care. My experience today was outstanding, with a warm and welcoming team who provided personalized attention and care. From the X-ray technician Sabrina to the dentist and hygienist, everyone was highly professional and knowledgeable. Angela the hygienist is amazing! Angela was extremely gentle and I received in my opinion the best cleaning I have ever had. Thank you Angela! The cleanliness and comfort of the facility only added to the overall positive experience.

My previous dentist in Lancaster was, I'll leave it at just that "was". Looked for a new and better dentist and what I found, and now after a few visits, cleaning, one crown replacement down one more to go and a wisdom tooth coming out (will let you know how that goes) by one of the best Dentists facilities I have had in a long time. Glad I found this facility. The care provided here is outstanding. The front staff is very friendly and helpful, the providers are very knowledgeable and kind/gentle and explain treatment procedures in detailed and in an understanding way! If you’re looking for a new dentist I Highly recommend this facility,! No wait, if you do that they will get way busier what am I thinking....... SMILES all around all Day...

This is only our second time at the office and everyone is so friendly and kind. The doctors have so much patience with my girls. They take their time to explain everything they are doing. It’s a really nice environment for being a dentist office which no one like going to we don’t mind coming here. They have an app which lets you keep up with the appointments check in the day prior for a faster appointment. There is also text reminder and a call the day prior which I really appreciate its really helpful.
