Best dental office I have ever been to. Calmest atmosphere I have ever experienced at the dentist; gentle, caring dentist and hygienist; friendly, helpful office staff. Professional, comprehensive dental care. I only wish I had found Sierra Commons Dental sooner.

I used to love this dentist office. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with how poor the customer service has become. My appointments have been cancelled on me, appointments previously scheduled are suddenly not in their system. I have to take days off from work to make my children and my appointments, imagine being told that you don't have an appointment when you show up or call to confirm. This has also happened to my parents and once when I was waiting for my daughter to be called back, about 30 minutes after her appointment, another patient came in and was told he didn't have an appointment. When I call, I'm put on hold for over 10 minutes! I understand they're busy, but 10 minutes! I was trying to be understanding, but after 4 incidents, I'm done and taking my business elsewhere.

Staff is friendly and the office is nice and they do good dental work for the most part. Even after paying all estimated charges at time of service they send super generic bill with charges for "professional services - $169.00" no one can explain the charges but the office manager who never once taken my multiple calls or return any of my messages. Their billing and office manager are the reason for the 2 stars otherwise would have been 5 stars.

I have had so many bad experiences from past dental places. I found sierra commons dental and let me tell you...I'm thrilled!! They are friendly and the dentist actually listens to your concerns. They explain everything to you. I'm so greatfull to have them. I can finally smile again. I thank the whole staff!! Best place ever..

My recommendation is not to go to this facility. Back in February they cancelled my dental cleaning due to the fact that they do not have a hygienist. They said they would call once they had one. I called last week and was put on hold over 15 minutes and I hung up. Today the same thing happened. I called again and before she put me on hold I asked if they had a hygienist and she didn't answer me and put me on hold. I am filing a grievance and changing providers. Common courtesy goes along way.

I don't think I have met more kind doctors in my life. To Dr. Kovry and Dr. O'pallick, I appreciate the extra time making me feel comfortable and explaining the health of my teeth to me so clearly!

To the staff at the front, Carol, Priscilla, Monica and Marcela, thank you for working with me on times and options and being so flexible! I am truly eager to come in for my next appointment knowing how taken care of I will feel.

Lastly but not least, Gerardo, thank you for taking my x-rays and making me laugh and feel so at ease during a time that can be somewhat awkward.

I can't wait til my next check up!

Appointment scheduling is terrible. They will cancel the appt they assigned then call you a couple days before to reschedule. And if you don't call to reschedule, kiss your appt goodbye. Very unprofessional. And the new check in system they use is ridiculous.

The office over books. Makes patients wait well over 1 hour after appointment time to be seen. Forgets about patient in exam room. My daughters appointment was at 1 pm. Got to office at 1250 and we did not leave until 330. Unacceptable. They also make parents wait in the car and it is 87 degrees outside
