Dr. Sierra,

Thank you again for making time to fix my loose crown. I was a tourist 300 miles from my home and from my regular dentist. I wasn't sure what I was going to do at 4:30 on a Thursday evening. But, I Googled "dentists near me." Sierra Dental popped up. I called you, and you graciously said that you would take care of my crown. The process was thorough yet quick and professional.

Your assistant, Alex, was very gracious when you left. He apologized for you all appearing to rush me. But I didn't feel rushed at all. It was a very pleasant process that was done in 20 minutes.

This world would be a much better place if all people were like you.

ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT. Dr Sierra and his entire staff are wonderful. Very helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating, efficient, friendly, professional, and very thorough. Great communication from start to finish, and the least amount of waiting I have ever experienced with ANY medical professional, throughout the scheduling, planning and execution of treatment. On the one hand, they got me in quickly for an appointment, and the hygienist (Alex, I think) was excellent. But Dr. Sierra seemed very keen to push me on referrals to his two colleagues by pointing out lots of things wrong with my mouth. My previous dentists have said my teeth don't need additional work, so this seemed to me like he was upselling me.

I think Dr Sierra is a fantastic dentist. Even though I arrived 5 minutes late for my appointment they were ready & I was seen with zero wait time. He has observed and is aware of my history of "white collar" hypertension (fear of dentist's offices). But I felt like his staff over reacted when my blood pressure was elevated during today's visit.

Dr Sierra is very knowledgeable, and he works hard to keep my teeth intact. I'm 78 years old ,with teeth that have always been horrible. He has steered me through implants ,crowns and extractions, with much advise on how I should proceed. So far so good!. I have no insurance and he helps me to find the best solutions for the best price. He makes me feel comfortable, and it is fun to talk about topics with him other than my teeth, The whole office is great! I can always depend on them and recommend them!

Dr. Cristian Sierra is a terrible dentist. He told my daughter she had 6 cavities. She lives in California and is married. She has a different last name than mine. She went for a second and third opinion and they both said she absolutely did NOT have any cavities. The x-rays did not show any cavities either. He is very money hungry. Do not go see him. The office staff were very unprofessional. He then made a comment that since I live in Texas that she never went to his office, which made me laugh.
