Sierra Vista Family Dental Center

VERY disappointed in the office staff. I received TWO phone calls stating my procedure was approved and to call on TUESDAY to make an appointment since Dr Parry was fully booked already. I called this morning and the first person could only say "he's full and NO idea when the schedule will open, but you can keep calling back as often as you want" Second call I'm informed that the schedule opens on Monday, so now I have to wait another week to try and schedule an appointment. PLEASE make sure ALL of your people know what they're doing, not just a couple.

Dr. Scharf and everyone who helped her with my dental emergencies were amazing. I had a few setbacks this year financially and every dentist I visited treated me poorly. Dr. Scharf was very informative and very polite in explaining even things they could not help me with. I have a confident smile again and I'm also pain free. Thank you for everything.

I had a cleaning here today and it was pain free and the hygenist had such a positive attidude was so happy and upbeat and made the dentist way less nervewracking. She also had good cleaning tips :) I also had a filling done and they made it so painless and were so fast and friendly. I totally recommend this dentist office if your insurance covers it :)

Made a new patient appointment for my two children, received threatening messages about filling out online forms a week before my kids appointment that if I didn't fill them out the appointment would be canceled, call to confirm.my appointment and they were both canceled because they don't give you the option to fill out forms in paper in person, automatically assuming that all households have internet. Pulled my kids out of school for nothing. This place needs better employees. Calling me leaving messages threatening to cancel two appointments for no good reason and wasting their time lost when they should be in class

My kids loved Dr.Greene and her assistant! They had so much fun getting their teeth checked and cleaned. Dr. Greene was attentive and listened, took the time to explain some things and very thorough. Glad I was able to get appointments back to back! Took under an hour from check in to check out!

Today Feb 28 was my initial visit, exam and Xrays. Dr. Green is gentle, compassionate and a woman! Great for me. She explained about dentures and answered all my questions clearly and completely. No man-splaining. Happy happy happy! ?

I really wanted to say thank to Dr Joel Swizer and his team he fixed my broken front tooth made it look whole again color matches perfect I'm very happy I can smile now with confidence. Thank you again!
