Dr. Lucy is amazing, caring and great at what she does! She goes above and beyond for her patients. I give it a 3 Stars because of the billing. If you are a patient be aware of the prices your insurance covers and what you are paying out of your pocket! I have a great insurance and never had a problem in the past till recently with the new billing specialist!

I had a great experience here for a routine dental cleaning! The intake process was easy and they were in network for Aetna. The place is undergoing some renovations but the new waiting area is nice and they even have a fridge with free beverages to take on your way in and out. The bedside manners of all of the staff were wonderful, and they checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be back!

Clear communication and explanations about what they are going to do before they do it , and they give you a clear choice of options instead of forcing you into some procedure. And the procedures they do are done professionally and well, so great service overall. Which makes it worth traveling all the way from West LA!

As someone who hates the dentist I actually enjoy coming here. Good vibes all around. I hadn’t been to the dentist is 5 years and I was not shamed and felt extremely supported. Dr. Lucy explains everything she does so there are no surprises and is very thorough. I had many fillings done at once and it’s clear they use the most updated tools and tech, everything is quick, no smells, pain free. When I came for my teeth cleaning I believe it was Dr. B who immediately noticed I was having a hard time keeping my mouth open and stopped to massage my jaw and explain to me about tooth grinding and what to do about it. Just great attention to detail and respectful of my time. Front desk staff is friendly, helpful, also great attention to detail. I’m really pleased this office is in my neighborhood.

I've been coming to this dentist office for many years now. I've encountered many different dentists during all the transitions and new management. Dr. Lucy is awesome! She makes sure that I know what exactly needs to be done, goes through everything in detail and answers all questions.
