His professionalism along with his chair side manner and calm demeanor goes along way with our girls. His staff is always welcoming and professional. Dr. Morris and his team are exceptional care providers. Hands down. We have always had wonderful experiences. Dr. Morris talks and reviews the visit in detail with parents, he is kind with the little ones when he is treating them and then he summarizes the action plan for next steps. That is so important for parents to be clear and informed about the care provided for their kids.

The staff are always very pleasant and take diligent care of everyone during visits. I have no complaints.

As first-time parents to a 7-yr-old girl, we were very nervous about the general anesthesia and hesitated for a long time while doing our research. After paying for and visiting 3 different dental offices, we finally decided to go with Dr. Dinh’s office. Given our daughter’s gag reflex, even routine teeth cleaning or X-rays were challenging, let alone the extended time needed for cavity work on all four quadrants.

We truly appreciate Dr. Dinh’s patience in explaining every step of the process, conducting a thorough examination, and providing exceptional care for our little girl’s dental procedure. From our first consultation to the procedure itself, we felt reassured by Dr. Dinh’s expertise and dedication responding to my every follow-up questions. Our daughter even attended the school dance the next evening after the procedure, which speaks volumes about how well she recovered.

Dr. Dinh, we are especially grateful to have found you for the dental procedure under anesthesia at the Kaiser hospital setting. The entire experience was seamless, and we felt confident throughout the process. The hospital’s environment with dedicated anesthesiologist working alongside with other nurses while you performing procedure, made us feel safe and well-informed at every stage. The level of care, comfort, and attention to detail provided by you and the hospital staff exceeded our expectations—down to the little things like offering bubble gum or fruit-flavored air for anesthesia and the stuffed animal bear to greet our daughter when she first came in or departing toy gift. It was clear that both you and the hospital team prioritized our child’s well-being and comfort every step of the way.
