This staff of professionals are top drawer! From scheduling to walking out the door. My husband and I took our little boy to Dr Singh’s office for his first ever dental appointment based on my dad’s recommendation. The staff were amazing! They explained all of their moves to him and he handled it so well! Thank you Dr Singh and staff!

The doctor's office addressed my concern immediately and was able to see me within a couple of hours. The doctor was very kind and caring, and the staff were friendly and highly responsive in their communication. Overall, a great first time experience!

I am canceling my appointment and any other future appointments. Your receptionist, Nicole's attitude during my last visit was very unacceptable when it came time to pay. I was told that I could avail of a zero interest payment installment plan due to the high cost of services. She then asked me for my drivers license. At that point I asked if she was running my credit to which she replied no. Then she told me that there was a decline at which point I realized that she did attempt to run a credit check. I have a freeze on all three credit bureau specifically because my identity has been targeted several times in the past. I called my husband to ask him to unfreeze the account so that we can continue. This is when things went downhill. Nicole did not seem to be willing to listen. She was telling me that she cannot keep processing the request over and over. I tried to express that I have a freeze and I am going to thaw it so we can try just once more and she refuse to listen to me. At some point she begins calling me ma'am with a condescending tone. I never expected to be treated this way. She scoffed at me at one point treating the situation as my fault that I don't know how this process works. That I should know my credit would be run. Even though I specifically asked if it would be and she told me "no." If your camera in the lobby works you can go back and see how this conversation evolved and then deteriorated. I am a manager in an apartment property in Pleasanton and I would never treat a customer with this sort of lack of respect and dignity. Everything was going great in my opinion and then this happened quite out of nowhere. As a new patient I was happy so far, but now I don't ever want to come back due to Nicole's condescending and rude attitude.

Dr.Singh has been my dentist for 5 plus years. my experience has been pleasant and I find her to be trust worthy when it comes to my treatment plans. Her staff is amazing and the front desk Nichole is one of the reasons I feel most comfortable, she answers all my questions and gives me a detailed plan on all my treatments…No surprises !

If you are not using Singh Dental Group then you are going to the wrong place. I had my first two appointments and in my opinion, I had quite a lot of work done in one visit. I will tell you that I never had such a pain free calming experience as I did here. The Dr and her team are the best all the way up to the front office. From the time you walk in to the time you leave AAAAA+
