I have been going to the SmallBites staff for as long as I can remember. This staff is above and beyond. The dental hygienist there, Kelli Hood, and the Glenda at the front desk are the best!! So loving and welcoming and make all the children feel so comfortable. Kelli is so sweet!❤️

We love small bites in white hall! We have the same people from Dr boones office! They are like family! They always have my child’s best interest in mind. My daughter LOVES when Kelli gets to clean her teeth ❤️❤️ and we see Mrs Glenda when we check out. I just love all the girls at this clinic! Highly recommend them! They will LOVE your child like their own ?

Had an amazing experience at the White Hall location. The Dental Hygienist, Kelli, took her time to make my 3 year old comfortable and showed her all the equipment prior to getting started so she wouldn’t be so nervous/scared. Despite the complete melt down my child had Kelli was very patient and understanding and did an excellent job brushing her teeth and thoroughly looking at her teeth for cavities. We will 100% be back to let Kelli work her magic again! Highly recommend all the staff who were all kind and didn’t make me feel completely embarrassed that my child acted out during the whole appointment.

The staff is always so polite and patient! My kids been going there for a while now and I gotta say the lady in the front and Kelly are awesome! Kelly always has a positive attitude! Everytime we go in there! The lady in the front is always so helpful! 🙂 Never had a bad experience there! ❤️

We have been using small bites in White Hall for two years now. My 5 year old absolutely loves the staff and especially Dental Hygienist Kelly Hood, she always takes wonderful care of her and she looks forward to go see Mrs. Kelly! Thankful for the staff at White Hall Small Bites!

Had a horrible experience at the white hall location with the high dentist there that cleans the teeth.. she was very rude to me in front of my child to the point where I was no longer comfortable with letting her do the work on my child. It was very sad because my child was excited to get her teeth cleaned? her name is KELLI but she acts like a KAREN ! She scolded me for being late which I kept in communications with the lady at front desk who assured me it was “ok” KELLI stopped me from going back with my child even though it was only a cleaning and not a procedure which I didn’t mind but the attitude she gave me about not being able to go to the back with my child I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! I hate to leave small bites a bad review because of one employee with a bad attitude but this is what comes with business and she is bad for business being argumentative and passive aggressive, telling me multiple times that I could “go somewhere else”? I’d suggest a different location as long as KELLI is there.
