My son was referred to their Orthodontist , I thought he was too young, but Dr Meng throughly explained that with early treatment he would avoid needing teeth pulled and help guild his adult teeth in place. He’s looking great as you can see… very happy mom!!! Eva was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Also brought my niece to be seen, she’s getting braces soon too.

Grown adults kept lying to me the entire time about the wait time. Even went as far as saying “right now” and letting 7 people in before my daughter. We were here 5 hours. Worst office in Palmdale.

Smile dental in Palmdale is the WORSE DENTAL
OFFICE. THE MAIN OWNER DENTIST DR. CHRIS is horrible. They lie about what work will be done. Once you pay they don’t care. They make you wait like 2-4 hours to be seen then run out of time to see you. They are u organized, overcrowded and its dirty. They are quick to take your money. Don’t EVER pay them first. And make sure you check your contract. The do HORRIBLE WORK. I had to spend over $20,000 to fix the horrible work they did on me. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They are all about the money. They overbook appointments. They have you wait all day then run out of time to do your work. I would never trust them! They are so crowded and it’s so unorganized i even had a tech almost pull out the wrong tooth. Dr Chris will convince you he will be doing the “cosmetic” dental work on you so your getting the bed t dentist. Then once you sign the treatment plan you rarely never see him again. A treatment plan that should be done within a couple months takes over a year because they make you wait for hours. This has been the worse experience in my life. I want to sue them. They breached my contract took almost $20,000 of my money and they destroyed my teeth. I was depressed and desperate and went to MANY specialist to try and fix what they did to me. Thank god i found ORABELL. SMILE DENTAL GROUP TOOK MY ALREADY BEAUTIFUL TEETH AND CONVINCE ME TO GET COSMETIC CROWNS INSTEAD OF VEENERS AND I PAID THEM IN FULL AND THEY DESTROYED MY TEETH. STAY FAR AWAY! They are unethical left me with infections and cost me years of pain and over $40,000 to get my teeth normal again. RUN RUN RUN RUN! I hope he reads this! It’s all true. THEY ARE SO NICE FOR NCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY THEN THEY USE DELAY TACTICS AND DONT COMPLETE THE JOB. I am still
Traumatized and still thinking about suing them. I don’t know how they are in business. I assume they just overbook medi-cal patients and have so many people you have to wait outside in line AND IN UR CAR! They suck! I wouldn’t let them do anything! Not even clean my teeth! RUN!

this has been the WORST experience ever, I waited the whole entire day and other people who barely arrived got seen SO quickly this place is so unorganized and unprofessional. Every person there has atleast done my cleaning once since I was a regular and every single time they made my bums bleed from flossing, forgot to rinse out some toothpaste, and left me in the seat with no assistance for MINIMUM 45 minutes, it’s terrible here and I hate how they just money grab, they made my mom pay for a cleaning and my next appointment they never gave me my cleaning and said we never paid, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICEEE!!! RUNNNNNN RUNNNN RUNNNN DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!

Friendly, hard working staff. The doctors are great. You can really tell they are doing the best when it comes to the safety of their patients. They even have these UV lights installed that disinfects each room after every patient. They have really made me feel safe during this pandemic. I totally recommend!
