I had several root canal’s here as a child. They “accidentally” broke an adjacent tooth, tried not to cover it, relented and put a crown on it, and years later that crown cracked the tooth in half because of the cheap anchor they put in it. I’m paying thousands of dollars now to get an implant.

This place is terrible and I couldn’t recommend enough staying away.

Horrible customer service and professionalism from the receptionist. Everytime I talk to her she has no compassion! Blocks my call when asked to talk to her boss. Trying to get my kids dental records and will not answer phone! Been going there for years because it's close, now I have to go in and confront them, because they will not answer my call. Found new dentist for my kids. Do not recommend, especially if you have children!!!! NO COMPASSION!

They seemed to be a nice however the service wasn’t the best. My filling fell out three days after seeing the dentist. The bathroom didn’t have soap. Dental assistants didn’t use gloves when touching tools. Dirty seat cover. Once I mentioned that it was dirty, she just dusted it off. Front desk staff was nice.

We all know it's never easy being the patient in the chair, especially with a mouth full of fixes needing attention.
I called in and received an appointment the same day as well as some treatment.
I can't believe this office isn't overwhelmed with patients because they truly have one of the best teams around.
The collaboration between dentists and assistants combined with the communication with their patients is absolutely phenomenal!
This team shows so much kindness and dedication to their work.
I'm humbled by my experience and I'm so glad that they had available openings for me.

I have been going to Smile Dental for years. The receptionist is so professional, kind and patient. You can tell she really cares about the patients and their dental care. If youre in pain she trys her best to fit you in same day, if not, next day. I have bad anxiety and she always was understanding and motivated me to keep coming to my appointments. All the dentist staff there are amazing and compassionate. I will never go to another dentist. Thank you all!
