I loved doing my extern at this office, all
Of the staff were nothing but friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Alexis, Wafaa, Nika and Dr. Ganne. They answered any question I had, push me to be more hands on and just all around made me more confident in being a Dental Assistant. I would say I really enjoyed doing my extern here. The staff were great! I get severe anxiety about dentists but the one that took care of me and his assistant ( can't remember their names. Apologies) explained everything to me and understood bmy fear. Thank you to you both . Not saying I have changed my mind about dentists but , I will come back to Smile. Thank you everyone for taking care of me.

They got me in for a same day appointment when I lost a crown. My dentist, Dr. Sai Ganne DDS, was great and really explained everything to me. Their staff explained all the costs and what to expect with entire process. I went back for my first of 3 appointments to get some teeth replaced and so far so good.

I have Hashimoto’s, and so my gums bleed, and my teeth are very sensitive. They take a lot of extra care to make sure that it doesn’t hurt and that I’m not getting shocking sensations throughout my body. On top of being very Careful they also do a great job and cleaning and maintaining the care and health of my teeth and mouth. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, but particularly anyone who is afraid to go to the dentist.

Dental implants, Phoenix is the best! I’m a person who hates going to the dentist and they made me feel like I was at home. I was comfortable and relaxed and got through it with ease!

I felt my experience there could have went better but they were short handed . Claudia was great , she explained everything to me and let me know all my options. The ex ray guy was good and the only thing was I got a little lonely waiting.

We have been going to this dentist for a few years now because my wife and daughter really liked the one dentist there that took his time to explain things. We would even drive 45 min to go to this dentist. On one of my daughters last visits they said that they would recommend my daughter getting her teeth cleaned twice a year. We told them that the insurance only covered one a year, but we would pay out of pocket for the second. So we took her in to get her second cleaning done and paid out of pocket for it, didnt do anything with insurance. However a few weeks later we get a statement from our insurance saying that the claim for the second cleaning was rejected due to only being able to do one a year. So after us paying cash for the cleaning they decided to try and bill the insurance and double their money on it. My wife called to speak with someone and they said they were going to look into it and call her back about it. That was a couple weeks ago and still have yet to hear anything back to why they would try to charge our insurance. The have gotten very shady over the last couple years and seem to do what they can to make money. We are looking into having them turned into the state to get looked into and having them shut down. They are turning into a scam just looking to try and collect money for nothing.

I truly appreciate this office. The dentists and the hygienists are very nice and really care about the patient's health. Donita is fabulous and cheerful and competent. I'm so glad I found this place.
