I have been a patient of Dr. Katie Kim’s for a few months now and her professionalism, attention to detail, and care for her patients cannot be understated.
She fixed a couple of cavities for me and she made the process so simple and easy. She showed me why I needed the fillings and explained the process of fixing them in a way that was easy to understand. It was a painless filling process and painless recovery as well, it was like nothing changed on my teeth (besides the cavities being gone of course)!
I would highly recommend this practice, which is full of friendly staff who are willing to help, and Dr. Katie for anyone who is looking!

Thee best pediatric dental office. I have an Autistic daughter and this place did wonders accommodating her, making her feel comfortable, walking her through every step and what tools they were using. They kept my daughter comfortable and calm the entire time. Amazing staff from start to finish. We are definitely patients here for life.

Everyone I've encountered at Smile Island is awesome, and Dr. Katie is easily the best dentist I've ever had. I came in with a lot of dentist anxiety, and she was so patient and gentle with me, checking in to make sure I was doing alright. I actually looked forward to going in for fillings because Dr. Katie is such a ray of sunshine.

If you're a parent reading this review - let's just say, if I had a place like Smile Island as a kid, I'd probably love going to the dentist. I think they know that going to the dentist can be scary for some kids, so they made every effort to create a fun environment for them.

This is the CLEANEST facility with the most family friendly, genuine, and caring staff! My daughter had her routine cleaning again this week and every time I am just blown away at how knowledgeable and kind both the front and back staff is. They are so gentle and accommodating for each patient they see. And Dr. Dexter is so great with the kids, always makes time to answer all my questions, and I always have a lot! I also love getting to enjoy the pretty office environment they have created, the aloha vibe is strong!!! My whole family are Smile Islanders for life and we are so grateful! ❤✌🏻🏝

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Katie and the Smile Island team. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new dentist. Dr. Katie made me feel very welcome and was extremely thorough in her examination pointing out watch spots my previous dentist had not identified. I was even able to get new retainers my old dentist could never provide for me. Such a fun office environment and wonderful staff!

I think it is the best place for both adults and children for dentistry - the staff and dentist are superb and I do appreciate their commitment for the dentist well-being and also making a safe space for my family and I. I had previous bad experiences with others dentists but this one is really awesome. I am also very appreciative of Armi and other staff for watching my baby while I got my teeth checked.
