Smile Perfection: Sharad Pandhi DDS

I hadn't seen a dentist in quite a few years. I was concerned with what the findings would be after not having a routine cleaning in so long, as well as nervous from bad experiences in the past. Dr. Sharad Pandhi and his staff are excellent! They were all very kind, and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Pandhi is incredibly thorough on his exam, and in explaining his plan of action for care. I also very much appreciate how his staff works together to let you know cost ahead of time so there are no surprises. My husband, and I both feel blessed to have found them!

Dr Pandhi is the best dentist I've ever been to. I have seen him for about 30 years and he takes care of me really well. you have to listen to him and when he suggests something you really need to do it he's not going to be pushy about it but if he's telling you something you got to do it.

Dr Pandhi is one of the best dentist I have had. I do have many issues with my teeth and Dr. Pandhi has helped and sort them out with his great knowledge and gentleness. The office is very clean, organized, use latest technology and staff are very professional, knowledgable and helpful.

A few years ago on Labor Day weekend my husband had a dental emergency and needed immediate care. As you can imagine what a challenge it was to find help, the dental office we were using at that time was closed. We saw that Dr. Pahndi had great reviews and thought we’d try our luck and we called him. What a blessing that was! Dr. Pahndi answerd the phone himself, triaged the issue the best he could with a verbal description , and graciously made time for us to visit his office that very day. Dr. Pahndi is a gem, the office is in a state of the art building that would have made Frank Lloyd Wright pleased to admire. Dr Pandhi and his staff are very kind.The mouthpiece I got for my sleep apnea works great. I’m sleeping better than I have in years. Dr Pandhi is very knowledgeable and follows up with you to make sure it’s working. His staff work with you to schedule appointments and welcome you to the office. I highly recommend Smile Perfection.

Why would anyone go to by other dentist in Tucson! Dr. Pandhi is not only extremely wise but also incredibly intuitive!! I wish there were more than five stars!!!

Front desk lady (not Mary) is extremely rude. Lied about Mary being absent and when she said "The doctor is deciding not to see you because of your EDS condition." I asked her, oh alright, do you have another dentist he recommendsto repair my tooth (the deep filling is cracked off and stuck between the teeth, has been for months and is starting to rot) or perhaps a refferal to someone would be great? She then scoffed and said "I dont know, I dont have anybody okay. I had dental issues I understand. There are dentists in pheonix. You just need to do the footwork sweetheart." I am shocked and deeply saddened to not even have met the doctor who I had been reffered to. I am still a month later living with this extremely painful dental condition and have nowhere to go. I understand not being able to be seen, but you need to offer a patient a solution still and the rudeness and dismissiveness is disgusting. You could be having a dental emergency and the front desk lady will tell you do "just do the footwork" and go to Pheonix. Its not her problem basically. I would choose somewhere else and if you got reffered here like I did I guess you're just screwed pal. :) I hope this lady maybe "just does the footwork" to develope a more compassionate and empathetic attitude to treat other human beings. Especially those suffering with multiple conditions including Encephalitis, EDS, MCAS, POTS, Migranes, and a dental emergency ? Peace and love to her, she seems like she's perhaps lacking it in her life.
