Yesterday was my first time at this office. From front desk, to the hygienist to the dentist this office was AMAZING! What I appreciated the most is they went over my treatment with me as well as the cost. The hygienist made me felt so comfortable and was so patient. I really appreciated the dentist going over my treatment plan and letting me know exactly what needs to be done and his recommendations. Happy to say I’ve found my office in town. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new office!

Can't remember how long I've been going to Dr. Sedillo- at least 15 years! That includes his old location, before he moved into the new Smile Visalia space. He's the best! ? Plus, he'll chat you up on sports, the music playing on the TV that's right above you....it's simply a pleasant experience! ?

I used to despise going to the dentist. I would experience anxiety and extreme discomfort from both the treatments and being spoken to with condescension. That discomfort disappeared once I started going to Smile Visalia. I love this place! I've been going to this office for over 5 years and I highly recommend paying them a visit. I have had routine dental care, several major restorative treatments, and orthosnap (dental realigners). The office is always clean. The staff is incredible and make you feel comfortable. Theyre generous with numbing before performing procedures and they really listen to you to help limit you from experiencing pain. The treatments are prompt and thorough - so you're never left waiting in the reception area for hours missing a workday. Dr. Kreigh Sedillo is very skilled, and kind. He educates you about risks and benefits of having work done and what may occur if go without treatment. He speaks from a transparent/neutral way and never from a shaming manner. The front desk is fantastic. They patiently help explain the scheduling, billing, and insurance to you. They work with you to establish a payment plan and help advocate for you with the insurance. Smile Visalia also offers bilingual support for our spanish speakers. I have always had a positive experience at this office. Everyone in this office genuienly really care about your experience. They have helped build my confidence in my smile as well as offer teeth whitening. I will always always always recommend Smile Visalia to all of my friends and family!

I had my first visit with smile Visalia and the staff, assistants and dentist were awesome. They were very welcoming, friendly and literally took all the nervousness away that I had felt. I definitely highly recommend Smile Visalia to everyone!

It was first time getting teeth cleaned ever and I was so nervous. Luckily my dental hygienist was great and the dentist was quick and fast also. I would highly recommend going here! There was no wait at all and everyone is so kind and caring.
