I do not recommend this company at all. I purchased this software a year ago and purchased the more expensive version for $1299. It is not very user friendly if you have windows based computers in your office so I didn't use it. They don't tell you that this is an automatic renewal and don't send you a reminder. When I called them the next day to cancel they would not refund my money under any circumstances. Who does that? This company will not last long with these business practices. There are better companies out there to use. Sad thing is that I lectured at a study club meeting and actually mentioned this company as something to try and look into. I regret that.

The actual software is good. However the support is non-existent. I have not been able to access the software since I paid for the subscription. Despite numerous emails to 4 email addresses I have not had a single response. I emailed as per the terms and conditions to cancel my month to month subscription and again had no response and have been charged for the next month.

What an extremely shady company! Auto-renewed and charged my card $1099 (when I did not even subscribe for auto-renewal - this was supposed to be a one-off fee for 1 year) and now the app doesn't even exist on the App Store and I can't even use nor open it no less!

To begin with, the app was super user unfriendly and not easy to use, and now this! Stay away from them at all costs! Bunch of scammers!

I have been trying for almost a year to get a refund from this company. I informed them well in advance of the auto-renewal date that I did not want to renew. I was charged anyway. I have spent 9 months emailing and calling. Every once in a while I actually make contact with someone and they say they will handle it, but nothing happens. Really strange behavior for a company trying to make a good name for itself in the dental community.

Smilefy renewed my intended once-off annual subscription without any effort to contact me, nor tracking user app usage. If they had done this minimal amount of effort they would’ve seen that I haven't used the app for the vast majority of the subscription and that auto renewal with subsequent refusal of refund despite a compelling argument to do so would sour any potential relationship with their company. To add insult to injury they will indulge you with one or two support emails after which they out right stop responding to any communication leaving you effectively powerless.

Please add auto-opt out features on your subscription page, and attempt a larger effort to contact annual subscriptions up for renewal.

The app is great, the client service is non existent and the company comes across as corporate money grabbers. Somehow I feel that’s not how the company would like to be perceived?

Do not work with smilefy! I get they are running a business but I called on the exact day of renewal to let them know I no longer needed their services and they refuse to return the $699 fee. I understand if I was months into the term, but same day? What kind of business treats their customers in this manner. And, their program is not easy to use. The smile simulations look fake and hard to even use with patients! If I could give them no starts I would! Oh yes, and they said they contacted prior to renewal, and that did not happen!!!

Took over $3500USD from our credit card from a previous year. We were not renewing but they still took money out. Said they will 'refund' but they didn't and then they stop replying to all emails and what's app messages. AVOID.

Unethical, horrible company. They clearly have no faith in their product, and so they attempt to trap you in a contract and charge you regardless of whether you use it or not.

I bought the software a year ago and hated it, I only used it once. Now I have been charged $700 for an auto renewal, which I was not notified about. They insist they emailed me a renewal notice, which is absolutely not true, and even if it was, what kind of company doesn't stand by their product and insist on charging the user for something they were never even able to make use of?
