This is the third time I’ve had to wait over an hour past our scheduled appointment time for my daughter to be seen—only to then wait even longer once we’re called back. The poor scheduling and lack of time management are beyond frustrating. While the staff is very kind, the overbooking and excessive wait times make the experience unbearable. To make matters worse, the games meant to entertain the kids don’t even work.

Today, our appointment was at 4:15 PM. We arrived early at 4:00 PM, yet as of 5:00 PM, we still haven’t been called back. This will be the last time I bring my daughter here. It’s unacceptable.

We’ve experienced nothing but amazing care at Smileland from the receptionists to the dental assistants and dentist every visit. My son has had to have work done and he’s very nervous as any kid is and they were able to keep him calm and get the work done with no pain very trust worthy. Thank you for amazing staff!!

Everyone from the front staff to back staff and Dr are always so nice and professional. Always answer any concerns or questions I have. My son who's is 2 years old loves coming to his dentist appointments.

This place has improved greatly since opening which is when I first visited. Lots of entertainment and staff is professional but good with kids. They saw my son last minute for a dental emergency. Not only were they able to extract his tooth, place a crown, and filled to cavities. My son is 7 and this was the first dentist to ever even tell me that my son had a missing permanent tooth under his gum line. So grateful to the staff. Thank you!

It’s also well decorated and inviting to kids. This helps relieve anxiety. Plus they give toys. Kids love that!

Last time we were here they gave my daughter an empty floss container… she was very upset.
Overall, it’s a good place and I bring my kids here consistently; however, expect to spend at least an hour AND a half minimum.
