My sons app was scheduled for 3pm. My son did not get seen until 4:10pm for an X-ray and then got sent back out to the waiting room to wait for a room. This is ridiculous. Why schedule people if you don’t have enough employees or enough rooms available? Good luck to people who keep coming here. This place will easily take 2 hours or even more being here. They should also change the name because it definitely isn’t smile land.

6 months ago they “scheduled” my daughter for 12/19/24 so we show up only to be told that there was no appointment for her. We didn’t make a fuss about it, we understand mistakes happen so they rescheduled her for 1/9/25 at 3:15pm. We show up at 3pm and wait in the lobby. We don’t get called back until 5pm. Two hours waiting for the dentist and assistant to spend 5 minutes with her. Didn’t schedule a follow up appointment. The cheap toys they give out aren’t worth it. Will be taking my daughter to elsewhere.

Monday Feb 24 my brother had an appointment at 12 and we got there at 11:40 we waited til we got called up mind you it was 1 o clock already and they still couldn’t call us in. Accordingly there was only one dentist working and he had many patients why have so many patients if you can attend them on time! Then they called him in at 1 something and they literally did not do anything they still had us just waiting in there while the dentist worked on another patient! We got tired of it and left we were there for 3 hours! We are now getting a new dentist! Also a few months ago we brought my sister in and they took long as well and they said “we forgot about her” so yea this is the worst place to go and is a waste of time!

Really great place for kids love the setup and great clean environment. Dentist was so sweet she very knowledgeable and explains everything, and ask is there anything else can help us with? I highly recommend Smileland!

I’ve been taking my girls there and I have to say the best experience I’ve EVER had was with Dr. Tina. Her way of being so reassuring and calm with not only the child but with the parents is what I loved. Three stars only because the other dentists seemed as if they were only there to get paid, and were very short with answers. I would have to ask the assistants. On the occasions that Dr. Tina has seen my girls, she explained everything well and her little jokes while doing her work is what helped my daughter relax a bit. She is great with working with the littles. 5 stars for Dr. Tina!

Its kid friendly. They have tablets, gaming, tv available for kids to be occupied during their wait period. Staff is very friendly upon arrival. The consultation rooms are clean and provide two tv's for children to view during exams. After exam children recieve a bag of dental items;toothbrush, floss, toothpaste, and a small toy. They also hand out a point book for keeping. You can rack up points for exams and exchange them for toys.
