I had an amazing experience at Smiles by Design in Livermore, thanks to Dr. Kaur and her fantastic team. I want to share my experience because it meant so much to me. I don't want to frivolously say things in a review that are generic. I started going to this dentist on a coupon for a free cleaning for new patients about 3 or so years ago. From the get I felt a genuine vibe they cared. They suggested a treatment plan that was very effective. The time came when my issues became in need of a dramatic procedure. I would require a ride home. I did not have one and Uber was not acceptable for my safety. Katrina offered to pick me up and bring me home. I have never had such a caring experience. It was traumatic for me and they made it as comfortable as possible. I am forever grateful. They treat all patients this well

I used to have a fear of the dentist but after going to Dr.Kaur and seeing how the whole staff treats you with love i no longer have a fear. She is super patient, careful, and understanding. Highly recommended!!
