Hello,

I am extremely unsatisfied about my last experience. I came in and had a full exam about 4 months ago and they said I had two small cavities started that we should take care of. I had no pain or problems from these "cavities" I went in on Feb 22nd and had them both filled and now a week and a half later I have nerve pain on that side of my mouth both top and bottom, it is sore to eat on and I believe something was done improperly.
I would hope to know that you all are knowledgeable and wouldn't cause a problem that wasn't there in the first place however my experience is not a positive one.

Very friendly staff. My hygienist was very caring and informative. Everyone I encountered was very accommodating to my pregnancy and my schedule. I feel very comfortable here. Dr. ANKUR was very professional and had a big smile whenever he talks. The billing part was very very easy to work with. My invoice was clear and transparent. I regretted not finding this place sooner!

Great dentist and staff! Dr. Mo is kind, smart, and honest. He explains everything! I have never had a dentist take pictures of my teeth and sit there to go through each and every one of them with me. He has a gentle touch and is trustworthy. He instantly put me at ease with his congeniality and charm. Jesse, the hygienist, had a very gentle touch and was so careful not to hurt my gums with the scraper. The staff is pleasant and competent. I have always dreaded going to the dentist, but not anymore! Thanks so much Smileworks!

I’m not one for posting reviews on much but, Dr. Moe and the smile works team are by far the best dental encounters I’ve ever had and I am not exactly the youngest chicken in the roost. The only reason I have not recommended all of my friends it’s because they live hours away from the office, but I absolutely swear by this dental practice. I have never felt any pain or fear/anxiety at any time. The office is always spotless and well cared for, dr. Moe is very sociable even when the appointment is with a different hygienist, Front Desk workers are great, and Elaine is a complete rockstar who gets things done. Can you tell I love this place?

WARNNING! Avoid this place like a plague. I had a broken filling and came here to get it fixed. Dr. Mohindra saw me and advised I needed a crown. I never had a crown done before. So, I agreed to it. The total amount of time they worked on putting a crown on my tooth was 2 hours. Went home and the next day not only I was in so much pain chewing food but also my tooth became extremely sensitive to cold. So, I went in and saw Mohindra again, he said he will adjust my bite but also told me that I was having sensitivity due to him cutting my gum a little, so it doesn't cove my tooth and said give it a week or two and if you still have problems to come and see me. Well, I was still having problems chewing and was still sensitive after 2 weeks. I went back for the second time. Mohindra said he will re-adjust my bite and said the gum is still not healed 100% and it should go away soon. After all this I still had problems. I went back for the third time. Mohindar told me "Oh! You need root canal" And I can refer someone to you. At this point, I said no thanks and walked out. the same day I made an appointment with another Dental place, The Dentist told me 1. Normally when they do a crown it takes 3-4 weeks and 2. The crown that I have on right now is too short and the bite size is not correct, and most of all there are gaps in front and back of the tooth (showed me on x-ray). He said you need to go back and have them fix it. I told them I've lost trust in these people. I ended up having a root canal, removed the old crown and waiting for the new crown to be made in lab in a few weeks. Please save yourself the headache, pain and suffering, and your hard-earned money and go to someone else.

I was experiencing pain around the bridge of teeth made last July in my upper right side. When I called yesterday, Elaine gave me a same day appointment, and also explained very clearly the insurance coverage and cost etc once examination by Dr. Mo concluded, Gabby was very meticulous taking X-rays and pics and Dr. Mo really took his time examining me and providing his prognosis. I give Dr. Mo and his staff a solid A+.
