I recently visited Dr. Consuela Zau and I can confidently say it's one of the best dental experiences I've had. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. Dr. Zau took the time to thoroughly explain the procedures I needed, ensuring I understood each step and felt comfortable.

I am very pleased with the way I have been treated at Smileywood dental. They have been extremely kind and patient with me. I am aware that I can be difficult to work with at times due to my anxiety , ( I wish I wasn’t like that). I can be very apprehensive and I get really nervous when I go to the dentist but Dr. Consuela is very gentle and caring. I also have no complaints about the staff. Everyone there truly cares about the patients well being. The dental assistant is also very patient and her presence is welcoming. The work that I’ve had done there has turned out excellent. I am grateful for this place. I recommend this place and people should not hesitate to make an appointment, you won’t regret it.👍

I was so disappointed about my appointment today. Follow up my root canal treatment. Clinic staff told me that I have to visit 4 times for my single molar root canal. I went there 23 Oct for 1st visited. They told me that I have to waite for my insurance approve before continue treatment another week. And I was follow up my appointment 30 Oct. they told me insurance not approve yet for my root canal. It was wasted my time all day to come meet dentist. They try to up sale for my all mouth treatment 8,000 -10,000. I’m only focus on my molar root canal. They was changed into disappointed. Everybody have a hard time in life. They seem not friendly with my Medical. Staff and doctor was miscommunication. I will never go back, even my Medical Approve. I would rather pay cash in another Dental clinic . I’m Not recommend this dental Clinic, If you have Medical and you are Asian.

Wow! Dr. Zau is SO thorough & honest! If you really want a dentist who genuinely cares about you & your needs, she is it! She is so nice & down to earth. I’m so scared of the dentist & do not like going at all. She takes her time & doesn’t make me feel like I’m just another patient to hurry & get done with. I feel like Dr. Zau really cares about you as a human, not just her patient. I’m so grateful I found this dentist!

Dr. Zau and her team are incredibly kind, skilled, and compassionate. They’ve been helping me get my teeth fixed over the course of this past year, after not seeing a dentist for a decade due to some really terrible experiences. The office/reception staff is knowledgeable, works with your insurance, and has helped me figure out ways to afford the dental care I need. Dr. Zau listens to her patients needs, and is considerate and gentle with those who are afraid. I’ll be moving out of state soon and am going to miss everyone here so much, thank you all for your amazing work! Couldn’t recommend a better primary dentist in the Hollywood area truly.

Dr. Zau is the the best! My previous dentist had done a poor job replacing some fillings (that I’m pretty sure didn’t need replacing). Dr. Zau fixed the issue in a single visit. She also didn’t recommend expensive treatments that weren’t necessary. So rare to find a dentist like her these days.
