Absolutely wonderful service, made me feel comfortable and well informed, especially having not been to the dentist for a while. Mayank was amazing in explaining what was happening and needed to happen for me. Debbie was also awesome doing a deep clean and putting up with my fears. She and everyone at the practice made me feel super comfortable and taken care of. Their step by step explanation and guidance through the process was too notch, and they explained in detail with recommendations how to maintain good hygiene practices. Absolutely would recommend.

This was the first visit, as a test run to move from a previous dentist. Well, I left with a real smile on my face, very glad I went. Everyone was friendly, informative, helpful, and thorough. My experience at the dental office was phenomenal from start to finish. the receptionist Daniela greeted me warmly and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Debbie, the dental hygienist, was exceptionally caring and attentive throughout the cleaning. She explained everything she was doing, and her gentle touch left my teeth feeling incredibly clean without any discomfort. Dr. Sharma, the dentist, was also wonderful—thorough, friendly, and clearly invested in patient care. This team makes going to the dentist an experience to look forward to! I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a professional and compassionate dental experience.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Sharma and dental hygienist Debbie! Dr. Sharma conducted a thorough analysis of my teeth and used advanced simulation software to show a detailed preview of my dental structure, which was incredibly informative. He tested multiple approaches to ensure the best possible outcome, and his attention to detail was impressive.

Debbie, the hygienist, was equally fantastic. She explained every step of the cleaning process and was exceptionally meticulous and gentle throughout. I truly appreciated her careful approach, which made the experience so comfortable and reassuring.

Went for a cleaning today. Debbie is an awesome hygienist! She worked on my teeth with care and made sure I was comfortable.

A new dental office in RSM. Very clean with friendly staff and modern dental amenities.
I came here after a really bad experience with a dentist in Laguna Niguel. They wanted to charge me &10K plus for 2 crowns and needed 2-3 weeks to deliver.
At SoCal Prime dentistry it was done the same day and at half the cost!!
They make their crowns in-house.
Dr. Sharma is a very experienced dentist with years of experience. He treats his patients very nicely and takes a lot of pride in what he does.
Daniella at the Front desk is amazing. She makes nice conversation and is also very professional.
This has been a great find. I don't mind driving a bit from Laguna to come here for my dental needs. They do everything.

SoCal Dentistry has been the best dentist office I’ve been to in a long time. Dr. Sharma & his staff are excellent, very attentive and honest. They use good judgement on what treatments you actually need verses trying to nickle & dime you for treatments you may not truly need. I super appreciate that as not every practice is the same. Debbie, the hygenist was amazing and extremely thorough and meticulous. She really cares about taking good care of your teeth. I’m super happy to have found them and my fiance is already making his appointment to visit them next!

I am so happy to have found such a great dental office here in Rancho Santa Margarita.
Aesthetically this is a very nice office. However, most importantly, I found the entire staff to be kind, fun, friendly, and professional.
I recently had a cleaning there with Debbie,
I just loved her personality and her attention to detail. I can truly say this was the best experience I’ve had with a cleaning. I’ve had some bad experiences, but now I’m looking forward to my next visit.

I had a wonderful experience at SoCal Prime Dentistry. The entire staff is so friendly. I was seen by Debbie for a regular check up/cleaning. She was very personable and I had a great time talking with her. She made me feel very comfortable. She was thorough with my exam explaining everything she saw with my x-rays and answering all of my questions. Not once during my visit did I ever feel rushed. Everyone takes their time and provides exceptional patient care. They do whatever it takes to make sure the patient is well taken care of and comfortable.
