If I could give this place a 0, I would. It takes about a hour to be seen, the phones are barely answered, and the front desk people are incompetent. I’ve been waiting two weeks for them to return my phone call, and when i finally had the time to come in they get my paperwork wrong after waiting an additional week for it to be sent off. I had a feeling she didn’t understand what I needed but she felt the need to rush me out the door instead. Missing out on money/work purely because of this establishment and their staff.

I had an appointment ser up a week ago for a test on 3/3 @10:30. Called them on Friday to make sure about co pay and the person told me my appointment was not for the 3rd but the 4th. I told her the person told me specifically Monday the 3rd at 10:45. But they said no the 4th at 1:30. I traveled there in the storm to be told I missed my appointment yesterday. I'm done.

Dr. Mazenelli has the best bedside manner. They got me in quickly and I was in and out. No sitting and waiting. So glad I chose him to be my doctor. The whole staff were great and friendly.
