Friendly, professional, excellent care provided to this retired nurse! No one talked to me like I was a child, but explained everything and discussed with me every action taken. I was comfortable with everyone, and I wish I could remember everyone’s names, but Versed did its work quite well! I do remember Jason, Pat, and Nancy, and I thank them and their associates for their excellent care!

From the reception to the nurses, these people are very friendly and professional. I was so nervous to have my first colonoscopy after listening to other’s experiences, but I shouldn’t have been! SASC staff were all expedient, kind, and reassuring. Dr.Morgan truly cared about my comfort and it was quick and literally pain free under their care.

I had a cyst excision and nurse was very considerate. He was getting me ready for anesthesia He inserted the needle getting ready for the medication and he was able to hit the vein the first time. It was painful but not anything like I've gone through many many times before. I bruise very easily and usually after IV I have a horrible bruise. This morning I had trouble finding where he inserted the needle. Although you can definitely see where they placed the blood pressure cup. As I said I bruise very easily.
Dr Gati found that it wasn't just a cyst it was bone spurs.

I’ll start out with Dr Morgan greeted me very kindly. He went over reason why I was there and explained procedure. After that I was given shot into my IV and went to sleep really fast. I woke up and the nurse said I was done and ready to go. My husband said Dr Morgan called him when he finished the colonoscopy and went over what he did with instructions for follow up. I’ll give 5 stars to check-in personnel, 5 stars to doctor, 2 stars to nurse that gave my IV. She hurt the top of my hand trying to get a vein. She gave up and then hurt my arm pushing needle in but finally got it thank goodness. I’ve never had a nurse cause tears to run down my face before trying to insert an IV. I have a big bruise where IV was inserted. She seemed ok for the rest of her care but would not be comfortable with her sticking me again. Maybe more training would help her. I’m leaving this review because feedback was asked for in my release package. Dr Morgan has a good reputation. I’ll use him again.

The most professional, caring, open, and honest facilities I've ever dealt with. I will be going back to them for a couple of more Joints that need working on. I can not recommend them enough.

Only people a certain height and weight are allowed there so please don't go to them if you are a well nourish person never ever again it's discrimination and she said it's in there policy you have to be sent to the hospital for any surgery so please make sure your doctor do what they supposed to do thanks
