New patient services were terrible. Did not describe services with visit prior. The x ray tech i got was extremely rude. Literally tried to to mansplain everything in a condensing tone, he would put the xray devices in my mouth so aggressively it would hurt, and would talk to his coworkers in Spanish switching to English with me…. I speak Spanish and he was talking about me right in front my face. I was never reviewed my X-rays or gone over and the actual dentist came in for 5 minutes to poke and prod my mouth only to tell me i have 3200 worth of work he would like to do…. Literally not even 5 minute conversation or showing me the X-rays to point out what he was talking about. The front desk ladies were nice but as a new client I’m not impressed with the professionalism and bro club energy this place gives off. I will be reporting this visit to my insurance.

Best staff ever from the front desk to the back! Echoing a big shout out Everr and Sam whom I talk their ears off and ask a bunch of questions. They have never made me feel as if I bother them even though i have and they welcome me with open arms. This entire staff is amazing they take the time to explain everything and I am forever thankful to them. kind hearted and keep the energy going because I can talk..

They contract a credit company called Prima Health Credit but won't give you any details about the contract you sign. The Prima company doesn't have a working patient portal or phone number. It feels like a fraudulent company. I can't see my account information and just know they charge almost 14 thousand for dental implants. The auto payment is late as they haven't taken my payment out and the credit care are almost non existent and can't be contacted anywhere. Do not take out a loan with Prime Credit as they seem like a shady company.

People are nice, but they have hidden fees that are not in the contract. Be very wary and careful of what you sign. They will charge an arm and a leg.

Unbelievable experience. Larry made that I understood all financial matters and made it affordable for my cleaning and bleaching. The staff from top to bottom was professional and respectful. Made it so comfortable in every way.

My daughter had sensitive teeth and after treatment they recommended veneers. I paid $12,000 + $300 for a retainer and $150 for the frenum closer. My daughter still had issues and then they said the veneers were not done correctly. They said that dentist no longer worked there and they asked to be given a chance to redo them for $9000 and a free teeth cleaning for me (which I never used, I have my own dentist). After that a few months later one of her veneers came out on a top front tooth. This time I went to another dentist and they gave me a letter stating the work was not done properly. I contacted them to ask for a refund. I was told the manager would call me back and that never happened. I have continued to contact them by phone and email asking for a full refund and nobody will return my call. The work was done on the top and bottom each time. I also found out they did several root canals for no reason. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here! This business is NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

My experience with the staff was so heart felt. From the moment I walked into SouthBay Dental I felt welcomed and comfortable. I arrived early for my appointment and was greeted goodmorning at the reception desk by The staff Named EVERR. He even thanked me and told me he appreciated the fact that I had arrived early. During the x(rays) the Technician Sandy was very polite and informative. She knew Exactly how to handle me with care and make me feel welcome as well. While Finalizing my visit I had an opportunity to Meet Omar G in the financial department. Very Great guy. He made sure I didn't leave the office without a proper break down of my treatment. He was very polite and keep a smile, and great attitude the entire conversation. Thank you to the staff at SBD. Your truly appreciated for your kindness and all your help to make me feel welcome.

I love this office every time I come in everyone greets me and are super polite. They are very generous when it comes to running just a few minutes late. The staff here goes above and beyond for their patients!! Larry has been very helpful on the financial side giving the best deals possible in every situation. I am glad I chose South Bay Dentistry. I am very content with my quick results and I constantly refer people to come check them out. 5 stars!!
