I had a great experience here from start to finish. My dentist referred me for wisdom teeth removal and Dr. Talebzadeh did an amazing job, I had hardly any pain for my impacted teeth and with only local anesthetic. The front desk and dental assistants were all very kind and quick to answer any questions I had. From the first appointment (a consultation where you watch a video and X-rays are taken) to the actual surgery was 4.5 weeks. The surgery itself took maybe 25 minutes! So grateful for this doctor and his team.

I was very timid about this place at first due to the ratings and reviews on here, but this place is very nice! The building was east to find, had more than 3 parking spots for their patients, and has lots of sitting area in the front room. The receptionists and staff in the office are very kind and friendly, this I was most nervous about because I’m already nervous of dental work. So it was nice to be treated with care and respect and not feel like I’m doing something wrong or talked down to. The place is clean and it was cool to look at the wall of the Drs achievements and awards! The Dentist was very nice and to the point, he made sure I was comfortable and fully ready before doing anything. I’m healing up wonderfully and have and will continue to recommend to my friends and family. Thank you all!

I had my wisdom teeth removed at this location and was very nervous & skeptical at first because of all the bad reviews. Once I came in to fill my paperwork I had to wait 3-4weeks for my medical insurance to get approved. After being approved I was set up for an appointment as soon as that week. The procedure was very fast and I’m healing well. Not gonna lie it was a little traumatizing being awake while they did the procedure. I had numbing injections done instead of sleeping gas & even though they told me this was gonna be the only painful part, I actually didn’t feel the needles much. Only reason I took a star away is because instead of letting you know what to do after surgery they just give you a paper also the doctor is in such a rush He didn’t make me feel like he cared about how I was healing since he came in & out under a minute & probably looked at my teeth for 2 seconds at most.

I had my wisdom tooth removed and was referred here by my dentist in Eastlake. The doctor took minimal time with me for the consultation and decided to use general anesthesia for the removal. After the wisdom tooth was removed, I had barely woken up when I was helped to a wheelchair and taken to the back of the house where my husband was waiting to pick me up. I remember being still dizzy and seeing double in the car. I received a letter of how to take care of my oral health and a prescription, but never any other follow-ups

Where my issues began is the accounting office. I have a very good PPO insurance and received a letter a few months after my extraction from this oral surgery office that I had unpaid bills, and they were going to send me to collection. Never had they communicated with me that the general anesthesia was not covered. I went to discuss this with them in person that nobody had contacted me and that their office could have easily communicated to my insurrance why the general anesthesia was used. This office said they were going to send a letter of explanation to my insurance company and contact me if there were any other issues. A few months went by, and a second letter was then sent to me from this office that they are now contacting attorneys if my payments were not paid. I was stunned since I had not received any communications, and they continued sending unprofessional threats.

I yet again went there to talk to them, and no letter of explanation was never sent from their office to my insurance company, and they told me they would send a new letter. At this point, I did not want to deal with this unprofessional surgery center anymore and ended up just paying the remaining bill for peace of mind and to protect my perfect credit score.

If you consider this place, I am sure the doctor knows what he is doing, but his office is completely unprofessional with their methods of communication and threats. I would never recommend this place to anyone to stay safe.

I got one impacted wisdom tooth and my other wisdom tooth removed on Monday. I had zero swelling and had no pain today! Monday after my surgery I pretty much took my meds and slept all day but today I woke up with no pain, only took the antibiotics & didn’t take the pain killer since I feel fine. I did all my errands today and I’m super impressed by how good I feel! It’s only one day after my surgery but I can already tell this Dentist did an amazing job! The receptionist are very friendly, the place is very clean, the X-ray machine is super awesome (just spins around your head), everything was great. They hook you up to heart monitors and make sure that you’re breathing is good while you’re under. I felt very safe and comfortable beginning to end! Thank you so much for taking great care of me, Happy Holidays to all of you there!

Had an appointment with them to have my wisdom teeth removed. While checking in with the young girls, they had so much attitude and the level of customer service or lack thereof was unbelievable. They were so rude and unhelpful that I literally just cancelled my appointment. If I could give them zero stars I would. Would not recommend making an appointment here. They really need to reconsider their hiring process for cusomer facing positions.

My experience here was great. From the first consult to having my surgery today, the staff made me feel comfortable and safe. I called and spoke to Marisol many times, she was always super helpful and polite. My surgery went well, Dr. Talebzadeh was great and helped me remain calm during the whole process. Karen was so helpful from the first time when she took my xrays, to my surgery day. She was very comforting and helpful in providing me after care instructions. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed under local anesthesia and it was done in under 30 minutes. Thank you for making my experience here a good one!
