I barely made it to my appointment on time. The doctor was running late due to an unexpected walking patient. Although there were issues with my partial the doctor did what had to be done to get me into a crown as soon as the lab makes it. I give them a 4 star. Thank you for the good service.

I wouldn't let them work on my dog
They over charged the office visit. Quoted twice the price for the tooth extractions. And cut the inside of my mouth 4 times during x ray. And was willing to pull teeth even with infection in gums..
Went to a better dentist paid a 3rd of the cost of office visit and scheduled toothe extractions when infection is gone. And total cost was 65% lower cost...

I got tooth extractions and dentures from this dentist. The staff was not friendly or helpful, in fact they never even speak to you if they don't have to. I liked the dentist ok but seems to be all about money. I do feel he did a good job with extractions and my dentures fit and look very good.

So they are nice and all but unorganized everyone that works there looks nervous and confused no one seems to know what's going on and it took forever just to get a cleaning we were there nearly 2 hrs! We won't be using them again.

I've been going here for years. If you're older, the dentist will not milk you for thousands in root canals that will fall out in a few years, he will tell you straight up that they need pulled and you need partials. Some people don't like hearing that, but the first tooth I had filled was at 2 years old, and my teeth have been a battle ever since. He will never work on you before you are numb, he gets the ok from you to start.

I dont recommend this place. I had insurance and they said they called my insurance and they said i didn't have insurance. Even though my insurance was good for a whole other 6 months. And they charged me anyway for literally doing nothing to me. I was there 30 minutes and i was just waiting for most of that time.

Rudest dentist I’ve ever been to! I paid money for him to do absolutely nothing...said antibiotics wouldn’t help me because ALL my teeth are bad and ALL need to be pulled...wouldn’t give me any pain meds told me to take ibuprofen. Just the worst bedside manner ever!!! I left crying my eyes out because I’m in so much pain and he didn’t even pretend to try to help me...NEVER go here...I literally left this place and made an appointment for another dentist which I should’ve just went there first... i wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to go here

Would recommend this dental office to everyone! Dentist kind and caring, his ability to alleviate my fears was appreciated. The office staff so supportive and makes the visit so much better. Thank you to all the girls at South First Dental!!!!
