I just had four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Chehrehsa. It was a really great experience, especially considering I was a little nervous before going in. He took the time to make sure I understood what he is going to do, what my options are, the pros and cons of each option, and what I should expect in my recovery. Not only is he knowledgeable but really took the time to make sure I understood, which made me feel very comfortable.

Wisdom teeth removal-Very efficient, professional and kind. My 16 year old had all 4 removed in under 30 minutes. The team showed great kindness and professionalism. They took the time to call us in the evening to check on my son and to answer any questions. 5 stars!

Just had 4 wisdom teeth removed and the staff were incredibly patient and reassuring with me as I was experiencing a panic attack pre and post op. They are so kind and spent the time to talk with me and care for me. I would recommend this place for anyone who suffers from anxiety.

Overall this was the best experience I could’ve had for a wisdom tooth removal. All 4 bony impacted teeth done just under 20 minutes. The doctors know exactly what they’re doing and are super welcoming and caring people. The doctors are amazing at what they do and I’m so grateful I was able to get them done at South Valley Oral. To anyone who’s reading the reviews like I was before my wisdom teeth removal, you chose the right place and it’s going to be ok!

Worst dental care ever. I’ve done business with them once before in the past and it was fine so I decided to come back and get the rest of my teeth pulled out. When I first came into their San Jose office, the front desk associate gave me attitude. There was issues with my insurance and she was super unhelpful and proceeded to say that she checked my insurance that morning and nothing showed up. If you were a good business, you would call the patient to get that sorted out BEFORE their appointment to help out both parties. Ended up walking out and cancelling everything. I thought this company would value customer retention but seems like they only care about putting money in their pockets and not valuing customers.

Since my last incident with South Valley Oral, their team reached out and apologized for the behaviour of their staff members. They offered to make things right, and I accepted. When I went back for my wisdom teeth treatment, the nurse was super nice and Doctor Chehrehsa took good care of me. I had light bruising and was able to recover within a week from surgery. Safe to say, they were able to make things right.

My daughter had a lip tie that was making her two front teeth grow spaced out so we were advised to have her get a lip frenectomy done. We were referred to Dr. Chehrehsa by multiple people who had the same procedure done and had a pleasant experience with him. Upon entering his office, we were greeted with the most friendly front desk associate. When we were taken into the room for the procedure, my daughter got extremely anxious and nervous, to the point where she was screaming, getting out of her chair, and not letting Dr. Chehrehsa open her mouth. The entire time, the staff and Dr. Chehrehsa remained calm and patient, trying to reassure and relax my daughter. After some time of doing this, we were eventually able to complete the procedure successfully and my daughter is healing beautifully. She was even given a very nice treat in the end which made her super happy. I would highly recommend Dr. Chehrehsa and his office for any of your oral surgical needs. Such a compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable oral surgeon!
