I cannot express how disappointed I am in Dr. Heather Southard. My family and I have been her patients for several years now but we will no longer be seeing her.
My daughter saw Dr. Southard to have crowns placed on her two front teeth. Five visits later, my daughter is now having to go to an endodontist for a root canal. She has been in excruciating pain, missing school, missed ball practice, and missed work because Dr. Southard shaved too much of her natural tooth causing an inflammatory response.
Now, Dr. Southard is not accepting any of the responsibility and we are out another $1000. My daughter is very scared of how all of this will turn out. How is this okay?

I absolutely love this establishment. My family and I have been patients for years. It starts at the door, where customer service is awesome and we’re greeted with a smile. The staff is like part of the family. They’ve been here for us through the good and bad times. They’ve not only been here for us for Great dental hygiene, but for support all across the board!!! We Love You All!!?

Best dentist’s and hygienist’s in town! Every time I come back it’s like I’m a part of their little family. They always treat you with care and are extremely kind. Wouldn’t hurt a fly! I always look forward to my next appointment with Amber, Renee, Dr. Southard and Dr. Rowlan!!

They do not inform you that they will cancel your appointment if you are 10 minutes late-even if you call, even if you live out of town, even if you show up 13 minutes late. They showed no grace and the little girl at the front lacked professionalism and MANNERS. And my 5 year old daughter thought SHE had done something wrong. Do better.

Dr. Southard and her staff are awesome. They are so personable. They feel like friends. I have allergies and I have to be careful of certain chemicals. It was not easy but they were determined. They went through many brands and suppliers until they found a set of products that I was NOT allergic to! They even put my name on it to make sure it wasn't just used up and not available when I arrived. They have found other patients as well who have benefited from their research. I appreciate them so much! They are so personable. They treat you like family!

Absolutely amazing! Went in with my mouth being an absolute wreck, & got a treatment plan that worked with my insurance too!! The assistant Amber & Dr. Southard are extremely kind, caring & judgment free. Very laid back relaxed environment with laughter in between. Very glad to be fortunate enough to have this Southard as my new Dental provider. I would definitely recommend this place 10 out of 10.
