Dr. Falconer was fantastic. No issues with the doctor at all. The main issue I have about this place is their transparency. When I booked the appointment, I double confirmed the price for the 3D scan I needed. The lady told me “oh it’s only $103.” That was the price verified. And of course they claimed no dental or medical insurance would cover the scan. I went in and got the scan. I was seen for about 15 minutes. At checkout the lady says, “That‘ll be $225. Plus whatever copay you would normally pay (even though they wouldn’t work with my dental or medical insurance) PLUS a 3% fee for using a credit card. So the quoted price of $103 went all the way up to $247. Definitely a Ponzi Scheme. If you have other options please look into them.

Southeastern Oral Surgery is the absolute best!! The staff is professional and welcoming. You rarely get that at a Dr's office now a days. Dr Evans makes you feel comfortable and most importantly, listens to you. A great experience all around!

Very detailed and honest/Dr. Evans was who I saw, also his assistant was the best. She was kind, sweet and concerned about knowing if I was ok. The insurance receptionist was more than kind to me. First time visiting. The staff was friendly, the Dr. Was awesome during our consultation. Customer service is everything. I would recommend this place. From the receptionist to the back is awesome. A+

When it comes to exceptional care in the Wiregrass Area, look no further than this place. Dr. Falconer and Miss Shelley were exceptional!!!! I owe my smile to Doc!!!

I would highly recommend this office! I’ve never called and spoke to anyone that wasn’t helpful and pleasant. The office staff, nurses, anesthesiologist and Dr’s were all Great!!! Keep up the Great Team Work!!!!

I had the best experience at Southeastern oral ! From the front to the back staff , everyone was extremely nice! Dr. Evans and his team extracted my wisdom teeth and took great care of me! Highly recommend!
