I felt very at home the minute I walked in the door. All of the employees and dentist are super nice. Never had experience at the dentist office like I had here. It was really wonderful. Looking forward to my next trip in a couple of weeks. Just keep the good music playing, and I’ll see y’all soon

They were so nice and very gentle with me. The tooth was broke and she made sure I was deaden before she continued. I will be going back and do some kind of implants so I can have a great smile.

The facilities are clean and state of the art. The staff were courteous, professional, friendly and took the time to patiently & thoroughly explain everything and answered all of my questions. The doctor was polite, patient and seemed genuinely concerned with providing the very best care and most appropriate treatment for my specific situation. I will be using their services and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone with dental issues.

I had a great experience at Southern Smiles! I was able to be worked sooner than I expected due to a cancellation. My hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and the dentist relieved all my worries about what needed to be done in the future. I recommend them to anyone who needs a dentist!

The highest compliment I can give is just today when waiting to be called back I thought of a family that I would call and recommend Casey and Rick for their family. I have told several people that when I would go to my former dentist I felt like I was at a walk- in at the beach. The staff didn’t know you, the dentist didn’t know you (or introduce themselves and try to get to know you) and it simply made for poor experience. I always left there not knowing who to call in an emergency. The tipping point for me at this clinic was the dentist said I needed to have a tooth pulled and was referred to a practice in Auburn or Inverness - take my pick. What? I thought of Rick and got an appointment. First visit I met Casey and she said, “I can do that”. Boom - a patient for life. It’s awfully easy when you try. Casey and Rick have put together a very special practice. It is remarkably innovative, the staff is extraordinary caring, helpful and well trained and each step they take is done with the patient in mind.
