Really great experience this week, the staff were so helpful. The lady who helped me found me the perfect eyebrow pencil and when I mentioned I’d been sold an eyebrow gel at another spaceNK which didn’t work for me, she let me know I could exchange it. Staff were equally helpful when I went back later in the day to exchange for something else. Thank you ☺️

Popped into the shop for something to unclog my pores and was greeted by a girl who was lovely and wasn't entirely sure so professionally passed me to another colleague to help me get the right product. Lara assisted me in a product and gave me really good information on how it works also. We had a nice conversation about lash growth after complimenting each others eyebrows and eyelashes (as her lashes were fantastic) and not once was she forceful or trying to sell anything. Lara was just very friendly and very informative. I usually don't feel welcome in such places as I don't wear a lot of make up but I felt very welcomed in this store and all the women are very presentable and natural which I think helps with the welcome feeling. Thank you again Space NK team, George St.

A really nice shop, definitely on the more expensive side for cosmetics but the staff are friendly and helpful. They stock a lot of products that are difficult to find elsewhere and that I'd usually have to order online. They didn't have a specific product I wanted and one of the ladies was very helpful in recommending me a different makeup shop down the street where I could find it. Bought some foundation here and I'm excited to wear it!

the women who worked here was a disgrace me and my mother and my sister entered the shop five minutes before shutting and she told us it was shut my mother said can they just look the women gave me and my sister the most dirty looks like we where about the steal something! She also talked in a very patronising voice it’s the old hag with the curly hair awful women
