Wendy was so thorough in explaining how to use and care for my cpap. She made sure I was fitted with the right mask. I sleep with it with no issues, even after growing out my beard. When my machine failed after it accidently flipped over. She replaced it with a new one. Its been over a year now since I've been using it and it really has improved my sleep.

This is the place to go if you need medical equipment. I was in a pinch and losing my insurance when switching jobs after finding out I had SEVERE sleep apnea. I was able to work with my sleep doctor and specialty medical sales and were able to get my CPAP the same day as my prescription. Wendy and Mason were super helpful in getting me in, getting me scheduled, walked me through everything I needed to know with my machine and are just the nicest people. I love that they are a small family business and was so happy to help them out and so thankful that I was able to work with them. I am looking forward to the next visit. Great customer service! I was able to get an APAP machine in a very timely manner. Everything was well explained and they made sure my mask was the right fit and comfortable. I've had nothing short of excellent customer service at Specialty Medical Sales. Wendy went above and beyond when helping me with my new APAP set up 2 years ago and solving any concerns I had about mask fit. I am sad they are not in network with my new insurance company because I really can't recommend this family business enough. They do a wonderful job helping my mom with her CPAP mask and supplies too.

I have literally spent over a year (with many hours on the phone getting transferred to different departments often) trying to get my CPAP supplies with another provider after going through an insurance switch. One 3 minute phone call and friendly text conversation and I'm able to pick up my much needed supplies tomorrow!
