As with all the other reviews, awful service from receptionists almost every visit. There are frequently long wait times WITH appointments. I’ve found a trick to combat this and I appreciate my service provider’s help with this.
The staff that draw blood, nurses, and service providers are incredible! I would never return if it weren’t for them. I truly appreciate my nurse practitioner/medical provider. (I’d give 5 stars only for her)

I strongly recommend the Exposition Park location. Only a 9 minute drive away by street, respectful staff, extremely clean, and they also have great service providers. If their nearly 5 star review on Google doesn’t show you how great they are, you’ll see it for yourself upon arrival to the facility.

- Removed comment regarding dirty restrooms as they were spotless during my last visit.
- Parking is awful, you should make arrangements to arrive 20 minutes early to secure parking.
- Removed comment about overbooking: I don’t know why there are extremely long wait times, but patients should anticipate it if you come M-F between 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

It’s frustrating how this clinic manages appointment times. If I’m just 10 minutes late, my appointment is rescheduled for a much later date. Yet, when I arrive on time, I often end up waiting for an hour or more to be seen. It feels unfair that my time isn't given the same importance. This double standard makes it difficult to plan my day and adds unnecessary stress to the experience. I believe the clinic should consider a more balanced approach that respects both the patients' and the staff's time...

If I can give ST John’s zero stars. I would. It’s not been the first time they implemented a policy that only works in their favor. They don’t have a grace period which sucks because they don’t have parking unless you use the one they have down the street which isn’t close. While giving employees the closer parking structures and then they have implemented their own policy of canceling your appointment even if you are in line (& they say they have no control) . And receptionist apparently aren’t trained to help reschedule at their window. Receptionist was unprofessional and not trained for the position. Handed me their business card and said I have to call. Even after I ask for reassurance that she couldn’t help me. I complaint and they said the manager was on his lunch break at 3pm and Oswaldo never called me back.

1 staff made all the difference! DIEGO THANK YOU! I was already super annoyed at how this place could have so many patients in their care and yet does not have a parking lot to accommodate it's patient capacity just the same. I had to walk/run more than half a block to get to the entrance due to no parking. Keep in mind I have a handicap parking placard but there where no handicap parking spaces available (had 4-6) and yet I asked the front desk for idk any coloring pages and crayon for my child to entertain herself with and she said they didn't WHEN DIEGO AS BUSY AS HE EAS TURNED AROUND STARTED LOOKING FOR SOME AND MADE IT HAPPEN!!! PLEASE, IF YOU HIRE, HIRE PEOPLE SUCH AS HIM! IT WILL HELP MAKE UP FOR ALL THE INCONVENIENCES!! DIEGO THANK YOU! YOU WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! HOOVER LOCATION

Unorganized and poor communication between staff and patients. I have been trying to get my ultrasound results for a recurring GI issue since August and have been told that my results are still not available, though it is now October. I continue to experience the same symptoms and would like to assume that this diagnostic study did not reveal any abnormalities otherwise, I would consider this negligence. I feel dismissed as a patient and that sadly, I should accept a lower standard of care than those with private insurance.

Worst experience Ever Racist if you call they are always closing different hours alli needed was my child immunization and thy refuse to give them to me first they say they close @11 then 11:30 then noon i get here @ 10:30 they are closed! The last 3 times i have came they havr closed at a different time then thy said

Went today to get blood work and Sonia was AMAZING!!!
Her Bday and my Bday are the same day and she was so sweet.
I’m very scared of needles and she did it so smooth and fast that I didn’t feel anything.
