I just moved to town and was looking for a new dentist when I discovered this office. They were able to get me in for an appointment swiftly and were overall very accommodating. Not only was The staff nice and courteous but they were really helpful and understanding as well. The dentist himself was just down to earth and a great guy and would listen to what you were saying and acted like he genuinely cared about you. Great place!

Absolutely love Dr Stacey I have been going there for my whole life and I'm 22 now with a 2 year old of my own. My son loves home I have to fight to brush his teeth but he lays back and let's dr Stacey brush then as long as he wants to. They always give me a bottle of water when I walk in and my son loves the goody bag he gets with a airplane, stickers, and super hero tooth brush.

I went in with a broken tooth that I broke the end of October. They did their best to fix and got me in with a specialist quickly! I’ve been going here since I was 7… so almost 30 years! I love them.

Dr Stacey Senior and Junior are both excellent dentist. Unfortunately, the current office manager is rude, tactless and lack effective communication skills needed to be an office manager. I am disappointed to have been handled in the manner that i was today, after the receptionist gave me an Appointment for my mother,she after the fact, asked if my mother was a new patient. She then after having made the appointment, ask if my mother was a new patient. My mom was a patient of Dr. Stacey Sr. And is now in a facility so. Of course it's been a while since she has seen an outside Dentist. Instead of the receptionist saying oh sorry, we're not taking new patients she says hold on and unknowingly to me transfer the call. The office manager picks up the call. So of course im confused. I tell her i just made an appointment for my mother. I wasn't sure why the call was transferred. Then im asked if she's a new patient. My response is Senior was her dentist. She then comes with all excuses, well we may not be able to pull her tooth, its gonna cost this much, we're not taking new patients, we're trying to see our regular parents, im trying to save you some money, which i didn't ask. Or Dr. Stacey may not see her, etc, etc. We dont have any appointments. Very disappointed in the unprofessional communication of this office manager. I fortunately found a willing dentist office. Thank you

My son, Austin Humphrey, has been a patient of Dr. Stacey's for around 6 years at this point. Dr. Stacey is a fine dentist as well, his "chair"-side manner is humorous and utterly cordial. Austin really likes the good doctor or otherwise, I would have heard about it BY NOW FOR SURE! ßut, Austin always comes out with a smile on his face and new dental products in hand! 5🌠 out of 5🌠! Highly recommended! ✌❤✌❤✌ 💊 -time for lunch! 🍣🍜🍛🍡🍇☕☕

Nothing against Dr. Stacey, he is a great dentist, but the older women behind the counter is rude as hell and needs to adjust the attitude. The nurses in the back were great as well, just her.

Dr. Stacey's staff members are very awesome. Megan was very thourough with my cleaning, I'm sure she is with others also. I definitely recommend Dr. Stacey's office over anyone in the Gadsden area.
