Do not come here! Yes, they're extremely welcoming and nice, and can get you in very quickly. The office is always empty which I thought was a plus, but maybe it's not such a good thing. I decided to go to a second opinion and they confirmed my suspicions on a chipped tooth that Star Bright was continuously saying was fine. One of the fillings they did not even a month ago is starting to decay as well, told by my second opinion. I was also suspicious how quick my initial cleaning was, and when I went to my second opinion they spent a while with the scaling tool getting the plaque off my teeth. Very unprofessional by this place, and Star Bright doesn't seem like they're qualified if I have to go to a different place for a GOOD cleaning! They also had me come in for 5 minutes to speak to the dentist and make my filling appointment, which what I initially thought it was for, and felt like it was an unnecessary appointment that I didn't have to waste gas on. I also don't appreciate the fake reviews on Yelp by their receptionists, and possibly on here as well, which is why I got the second opinion in the first place.

The receptionist (I forgot to get her name) was welcoming and super helpful. I went in for a root canal and Dr. Bayat was the best doctor Ive had. I was very nervous due to past experience at other places but Dr. Bayat and his assistant Natalie were amazing. It was a quick and painless experience! Would definitely recommend!

Star bright has the upmost wonderful customer service, from up to the front hotel desk receptionist to the back where EVERYONE greets you with nothing but respect. It was my first time walking in where they not only made my appointment the same day (which I was actually lucky)..not saying they do this all the time but any questions or concerns the workers are so patient with you and will answer every concern they can for you that you have…I literally took names down but I lost the paper. I’ve never felt so comfortable at this place because they don’t rush you out but literally with give you steps on how to take care of your teeth making sure that their job is done correctly.. I have previously called for the littles things and they always show up ..even when they don’t have to. If you haven’t heard or your scrolling through which dental office (hopefully I said that right ) …this is the place guys. Don’t waste your time with anyone else.

From the moment that I walked in, the front desk staff were so welcoming and kind. I stated to the staff that I was nervous and scared and they comforted me and were so kind. So today I had to get a procedure and my doctor was Dr.Setareh and his assistant was Domenique. Dr.Setareh was so kind, gentle and patient with me. He did the procedure so fast with hardly any pain at all. He was awesome! Now, Domenique was the best assistant ever! I stated all my conserns and fears and she calmed me down, she held my hand and guided me through the entire procedure. She made me feel so so comfortable, relax and at peace. She was a blessing to me and a blessing to the company. The entire staff is so professional! This was overall the best customer service I've ever had! Thank you so much for what you guys do!

Be really cautious here. Yes I was able to get my crown approved by my insurance with a prior auth. But I’ve gone through the worse imagine discomfort of my life. I even went back to have it checked and was told it was fine. A week later, I noticed a gap between the crown and my gum. Went to another dentist that I’d gone to in the past. He was appalled by the shape of the crown, the way it was shaved, the way it was placed, the material used for the crown wasn’t porcelain. My current dentist wasn’t sure what kind of material it was but definitely not porcelain. Because of all the chaos on my poor gum/ tooth. I may need a root canal but I don’t care. I’m just so relieved to have this crown out !

I wanted to leave a review so others will see to get a second opinion if your crown isn’t feeling right. Or generally just go get that second opinion !

Doctor Setareh & Roxanne were a phenomenal team. Doctor Setareh is always making my visit very comfortable, and more importantly painless. He has great hands and technique. I feel he might even be a perfectionist which I don't mind. I appreciated Roxanne also for her thoroughness. The two of them worked together perfectly, book your next visit and schedule with the two of them.
