Dr. Nakaoka and her assistant Sarah were simply amazing. You can feel and see how much they care for their fur patients. They were very knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. Even the girl at the front desk was very friendly and kind! For once I feel comfortable being my sweet kitty to the vet. I am so happy I found this clinic and look forward to a great relationship with Brooklynns new care team. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Van Tine is so caring, pleasant and understanding of all our concerns regarding our Oriental. She is a guiding light for our family for her advice and follow ups. Our Rottweiler has been struggling with ear infections for over a year. We took him to a different vet twice, but when the infection returned, I called Sterling. They were able to schedule an appointment right away at a time that fit our work schedules. The entire staff was wonderful, and both the tech and doctor were great with our dog. So far, the treatment they provided seems to be working, and we have a recheck appointment next week. I truly appreciate the care and compassion they showed our dog. There’s no doubt we’re on the right path to finding a solution that brings him comfort.

Wonderful staff and doctor. Very pleased with the care our pup recieved. She needed stitches for a cut on her leg she got while having the zoomies outside. I think she hates the cone more than the stitches. Lol.

Our cat has been receiving acupuncture treatments weekly by Dr. Van Tine. We are impressed with the gentleness, compassion and expertise demonstrated at every visit. Cannot think of one thing that needs changing. Sterling Pointe is rapidly becoming our go to vet clinic.

We had been going to LBVC since 2008 but since VCA took over the care went downhill and it’s next to impossible to get an appointment. I called and was told they couldn’t get my dog in until November even though it was urgent. I was able to get in and be seen in less than 30 minutes with Sterling Pointe during their after hours schedule. Dr. Irene is patient and explains things very well while being loving with your pets. Great office!
