My daughter is the fourth person in our family to use Dr. Anderson for our orthodontic care. His office is fantastic and they are all above and beyond friendly.

We had countless appointments leading up to her actual braces being put on. We didn't have to pay for anything until the day her braces were actually put on (I am talking three years of consultative appts prior to braces to ensure that she would be ready for the actual day, and didn't pay anything).

Once it was time for braces we were given a quote for the full service, and assurance that the price would not change regardless of things that may come up in the future - it was a flat rate for the braces, start to finish. Dr. Anderson's office also included a waterpik for her to use.

My other daughter will start care there soon as well.

After receiving a consultation elsewhere, we took our child to Dr. Anderson for a second opinion. After Dr. Anderson's evaluation, we decided to have our orthodontics work done at his office. The quality of care here is excellent, and the prices are fair and transparent. Dr. Anderson has been in practice in the area for a long time, and you can expect veteran, top quality care here. I highly recommend going to Dr. Anderson's office for a consultation if you have been recommended for orthodontic care. Even if you've already received a consultation elsewhere, you should talk to Dr. Anderson's office about getting a second opinion since he is very open about what procedures need to be done, and his office is very straight forward and fair with their pricing.

Both my sons had their Orthodontic work done by Dr Anderson over many years. He's fantastic - exceptional at the work he does. My younger son's work had complexities to it too. He really knows his what he is doing - lots of experience. Top notch expertise and a terrific man too.

Just terrible! We were sent to him for my daughters extremely complicated case. Not only did he make the condition of her mouth worse, he was pretty unsympathetic towards the level of pain he would inflict upon her. On the very first visit he crammed molar bands into her gums. Months passed by and they were never used. When she complained about pain months later, he offered to use the buccal tubes that just attach to the side of the tooth. Cramming those bands into her gums was completely unnecessary. His bedside manner was also problematic. Instead of numbing her up or trying to make her more comfortable or even just behaving in a sympathetic way during this completely unnecessary procedure, he just said she was too sensitive. My concerns as a parent were also repeatedly dismissed. Dr Anderson continued to make decisions on our behalf towards a sub-optimal outcome. Continuing down this path moved two teeth in the wrong direction, and allowed an impacted tooth to continue to move in the wrong direction. I regret wasting the $2000 I spent there, especially now that I have to pay it all over again plus some to fix his mistakes.

I'm so disappointed after being so excited about going to this particular dentist in the beginning. I went in to have a tooth fixed that was going lower the all the rest. I've had braces before and honestly had a wonderful experience...hated taking them off.

Unfortunately with this go round I had constant problems...wires poking my cheeks to the point of bleeding..brackets coming loose...headaches just totally uncomfortable. six months was all I could bare and asked to have them removed late November 2019t and the Dentist said ok but to give it anothe couple of weeks to be sure. I WAS DONE and tried to get them off before xmas holidays but they could not get me schedule I was told the Dentist was out of town for the holidays. I finally got then off January 7th. A couple days later I went to my dentist for a cleaning and was told they had left cement glue on my teeth and removed the top enamel on my front teeth!!!! Then a couple weeks ago duing an audit for my taxes I noticed the dental office had continued taking money out of my account since the time I asked for removal. November..december. January. Feburary and march. I had to place a stop payment on my account so they would not take another payment in April!!! Due to the pandemic the office is not open but I was able to get someone over the phone who stated THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THEY COMPLETE YOUR PLAN OR NOT!!!!! I SUPPOSE YOU HAVE TO SUE THIS OUTFIT.
