Dr. Caressa Louie is the commensurate professional. I had a root canal performed today. Her duty of care was exceptional throughout the procedure, from the administration of the anesthetic to the final fitting of my bite. During the procedure she exhibited extraordinary skill, confidentially precise and exacting. I always felt that she was unwilling to accept anything less than a perfect outcome during each step of my treatment. She kept me informed of each step of the procedure while simultaneously inquiring and tending to my comfort during the two hours it took to finish. I have been going to Dr Louie for over 20 years and have found her to be a remarkably gentle dentist. Even during today’s complex procedure, I never experienced significant pain, nor can I recall any during previous visits. It’s now been 12 hours since my root canal and I have no pain or discomfort.

Caressa son, Chad, is now working with her as a dentist. Chad diagnosed my problem carefully and accurately. I was impressed with his professional manner and ability to inform me of each test, and the extra time he spent in explaining his rationale and conclusions during my visit. My wife and I feel so fortunate to have such competent dentists.

I have been going to Dr. Caressa Louie for several years now. She is the best dentist I have ever had. She is knowledgeable, warm hearted, and genuinely concerned that her patients get the best care possible. She is detail oriented and does a phenomenal job. Stockton Dental has a staff that tries to emulate her core values, kindness, calmness and compassion. Terrie, a dental assistant, has always put me mind at easy and gone above and beyond to make my dental work easier. I am grateful to be in such good hands. If Dr. Louie could clone herself, most other dentists would be unemployed.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Everyone from the receptionist, to scheduling, the dental assistant, the dentist, and the dental hygienist are so friendly and professional. I have not had the greatest experience with dentists, and had avoided. I'm so glad I finally kept this appointment. I am beyond happy. The dentist was amazing, very knowledgeable. And listened to my concerns. The dental hygienists was great, gentle and thorough. Cannot say enough good things about this dentist office.

Dr Louie and her staff are the best. Dr Louie is not only a dedicated professional, but she is a perfectionist in her work and attends to every detail of her work. I appreciate her chair side manner which is consistently informative and kind. Her staff from front office to back, is very welcoming and accommodating.
