The worst experience I've ever had at a dentist. Everything from the staff demeanor, to the sketchy way they handle client payments (literally should never trust any dentist that insists you leave a credit card on file and put down a $100 deposit to hold appointments for new patients) to Dr. Stratmans completely disengaged, lackadaisical care for his patients, it's horrifying. I actually feel like this place is dangerous after my experiences there. I believe Dr. Stratman performed sub-par dentistry on me when he drilled so deep through a cavity that he hit the root and then filled it without placing a brace between the filling and the nerve. When I returned and he confirmed this, he simply shrugged and said "Well just have to cross our fingers and hope the pain goes away, or well just do a root canal." So I've had a filling rubbing against a bare nerve for weeks, with terrible headaches, taking the maximum safe daily dosage of ibuprofen (but for weeks, so it could be hurting my liver now) just to manage the pain. I am getting second opinions on the quality of his work and may be speaking with a lawyer. If you have never been here before and are reading these reviews to consider this practice as an option, I cannot stress enough that it's not worth your pain and comfort level to come here. I was in zero pain before Dr. Stratman, and my quality of life since seeing him has been significantly lowered. If you're a returning patient of his, ask him if he can tell you your first name before he puts his drill in your mouth, because it certainly didn't seem like he knew or cared what mine even was. Furthermore the whole office staff here should be ashamed of themselves for working here. To express your discontent to them while they nod along saying "We totally understand, this happens all the time!" is a mind numbing experience. Not sure if they are not bright enough to get hired at a better practice or if they've just stopped caring about human beings, but it shows. Lastly, please inform your dental hygienist that it's completely inappropriate to put a patient in a chair and then rattle on for ten minutes about how she thinks the Tinder date she had last night might have "liked men but just doesn't know it yet." LADY... I DONT EVEN KNOW YOU. Shocked that this practice is still allowed to practice. Edit: just received a voicemail from Dr. Stratman, conveniently just calling to check on the status of my pain over 30 days after my last visit. I find it interesting that I received a call direct from the dentist the week after leaving this review. Shame on you. Just take ownership of your business from the moment your client comes in, not after they leave a bad review mentioning legal action.

Dr. Levy is to say the least, amazing. She makes me feel so comfortable, she's personable and she's so funny. I'm no longer terrified of the dentist because she makes sure you don't feel a thing! She's so kind and knowledgable and makes the whole process easy, not scary and it feels like you are just visiting an old friend. I can't give her enough compliments. Her assistants are all very knowledgable and amazing as well!!

This is my first visit to the Wilmot clinic, although I've been going to the clinic on Oracle for the almostst two years. For this visit, I had a new dental hygienist. I was very impressed with the care, attention to detail, and recommendations from both Jodi (the hygienist) and the doctor. The staff are very friendly and competent, which made the visit very enjoyable. Keep up the great work!

Edit 2024-11-08: I did eventually receive the check, had no issues cashing it. Edit 2024-10-28: I called last month about receiving a check because I had a balance due to insurance paying out more then expected. I called September 27th and asked for them to pay out the balance in the form of a check. It's October 28th and i'm still waiting, I called today and found out the Dr. only sends out checks out once a month and does not share when that is. Will update once I receive it. Best Dentists in Tucson, hands down. Dr. Levy and Dr. Stratman are both excellent at their jobs and provide quality work. I have had no problems with any fillings or crowns since I started going there. The hygienists are great too, very friendly and knowledgeable. No problems with billing. I recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a dentist. They have earned the ratings shown here.

My experiences here have been nothing but wonderful, the doctor and staff are all so incredibly kind to me. As someone who has a bit of anxiety surrounding dentistry, I am very happy here so far. I had an exam and a filling that both went very well. I am happy to have finally found a dentist that I trust.

They are racist towards dark skin people. They did the same to my mother before…This is a trouble place and very rude towards dark skin people. If they notice you are an immigrant, they will treat you like horrible…I called them today and front desk girl hang up on me while I was talking respectfully…I wanted to speak with manager but she didn’t let me & she hang up the phone…They charged me $50 missed appointments fee or else they will send it to collections even though I canceled the appointment already prior….Last year one of their hygienist said to me go somewhere else! They give you a fake smile! Be careful!!

Amazing people! I’m always in and out, no issues whatsoever. Everyone is a complete pleasure to work with. I’ve referred multiple friends and family and will continue to do so.

Had a cracked tooth with intense pain. Called Dr Stratman's office in the morning, and they got me in the same day. After the X-Rays, come to find out, I needed three more teeth extracted. The staff was very professional and what you would think as a horrible experience turned into a pleasure. I would like to thank Dr Stratman and his staff for taking care of my problem immediately
