I had upper jaw surgery to widen my jaw dr stringer did the surgery and was absolutely amazing at what he does, after almost a month I noticed swelling and pain coming back to my upper left side of my jaw called dr stringer left a message and Nancy got back to me immediately even after they were closed and dr stringer talked to me and wanted to see me immediately just to check and make sure everything is good. He really cares about his patients he is an amazing surgeon.

Dr. Stringer performed lower jaw surgery to correct my overbite, back in 2017.

After the initial healing process, I noticed an uncomfortable clicking every time I opened my mouth more than half way. Dr. Stringer told me it was simply arthritis (I was 19), and nothing could be done about it. Thanks for the gaslighting to cover your poor execution.

He also did not recommend physical therapy as part of the healing process, when I inquired about it. Instead he went to Google and downloaded 3 pages from the first site he came across on how to stretch your jaw (2 of the pages were blank 🥴).

Fast forward to 2024, and I can no longer eat without pain. Now I have to go find an actual professional. Please avoid this man at all costs, he will ruin you.

Dr. Stringer if you’re reading this, please for the love of God, retire.

Receptionist was rude and condescending. I was asking questions about a possible follow up as I had jaw surgery with dr.stringer in 2019. This lady said she can’t do anything and basically told me to go see my primary. I felt like she just didn’t want to book my appointment. She continued to say “dr stringer is only here 2 times a week” “we haven’t seen you since 2021” just making up a bunch of excuses. Rude, rude, rude. 0 stars

Dr. Stringer is extremely good at what he does. I had no idea that my jaw was as misaligned as it was until after he did the surgery. I healed great and everything is so perfectly aligned. He can come across as serious initially but he truly cares for good outcomes. I could not recommend him more.

Dr Dale Stringer is one of the most kind, selfless and amazing doctors I have probably met on this planet. He is the type of man that I inspire to be. No amount of words that I leave in this review will amount to the level of respect I have for him.

Recently I received SARPE surgery and honestly I could have not felt better and been more blown away by the results. I can finally breathe with my nose.

Furthermore, I had a complication recently and the office was nice to care of it immediately.

The lady that works in the back has the most sweetest soul, god bless her heart. The lady in the front that usually answers all the phone calls is very informative, understanding and professional. She tried working with me to understand me when I could barely speak post OP.

I wish I could leave a million reviews because they honestly deserve it. They are a hidden gem located in the IE.

Doctor is rude. Told me if I didn't have pain, he didn't care about my condition and don't come back. I do have pain sometimes but he wouldn't even let me explain it. Needs to just retire already
